Exactly what is 2X4 Club?

2×4 Club is a bitcoin based cash-gifting scheme. The website (2x4club.com) first appeared in October of 2016 with all registration details being set to private and there is no information on the website itself as to who either owns or runs the company. The majority of traffic visiting the site, according to Alexa, originates from India, so it is more than likely that this is where the company is based.

MLM companies can potentially involve large investments, and it is crucial that you trust the management of the company to provide what they are promising. When details of the ownership are kept so secret, you must seriously consider whether you want to be getting involved, as there are plenty of other opportunities that are open and transparent about the way they work.

Are There Any 2X4 Club Products?

There are no products available for 2×4 Club affiliates to sell to retail customers. Affiliates are, however, able to sell affiliate membership to new people.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For 2X4 Club?

As an affiliate of 2×4 club you send gift payments to other affiliates. The company organizes all of these payments by using a 2×4 matrix.

This type of matrix works by putting you in a position at the top. Beneath your position are two more positions, which form your ‘Level 1’. Beneath each of the ‘Level 1’ positions are a further two positions, which form ‘Level 2’. This continues in the same way to create 4 levels, with 30 positions in total across all the levels. (2 positions on level 1, 4 positions on level 2, 8 positions on level 3 and 16 positions on level 4)

Upon joining as a new affiliate, you are required to gift a payment of at least 0.1 Bitcoin per month to the affiliate who recruited you. This qualifying payment allows you to receive payments from other affiliates in the same way. Varying payments are required to be able to receive gifts from each person within your matrix in the following way:

  • Level 1 – By gifting 0.1 Bitcoin per month you will be entitled to receive 0.1 Bitcoin from the two affiliates who are in your Level 1 positions
  • Level 2 – By gifting 0.15 Bitcoin per month you will be entitled to receive 0.15 Bitcoin from the four affiliates who are in your Level 2 positions
  • Level 3 – By gifting 0.5 Bitcoin per month you will be entitled to receive 0.5 Bitcoin from the eight affiliates who are in your Level 3 positions
  • Level 4 – By gifting 1 Bitcoin per month you will be entitled to receive 1 Bitcoin from the sixteen affiliates who are in your Level 4 positions

What Is The Fee To Join 2X4 Club?

Becoming an affiliate member of 2×4 club requires you to make the minimum monthly gifting payment of 0.1 Bitcoin. To take full advantage of the opportunity, though, you will need to gift 1.75 Bitcoin per month.

Read Here For My 2X4 Club Conclusion!

2×4 club is, quite simply, a four-tiered cash gifting scheme that has been set up to benefit the owners and hardly anyone else. Their website states that;

“2x4Club is a donation exchange platform where members voluntarily give donations and receive donations on a monthly basis. 2×4 Club is a person to person, direct funding and donation sharing platform”

The thing is, despite how the company is trying to portray themselves, these aren’t donation payments. They are simply qualifying payments to be eligible to receive further payments from the scheme. By signing up and sending 0.1 Bitcoin to an affiliate, you will, in theory at least, receive two payments of 0.1 Bitcoin from other affiliates. Beyond that, there are just ways in which affiliates are able to increase the amounts they are gifting and, hopefully, receiving.

This may all seem like a great proposal, but there are clearly inherent problems within the structure that will leave the majority of affiliates in a bad position. The structure of the scheme significantly benefits those in the top positions, which will inevitably be held by the owners and operators of the company. Without any actual products for sale to supplement the company income, the only funds that are passing through the system are ones that are being sent by other affiliates. This means that 2×4 Club needs to constantly expand its affiliate base to be able to satisfy the payments that have been promised to current members, something that is simply unsustainable in the long term.

The reality of this proposition by 2×4 Club is that it will suffer from the pitfalls that all schemes like this face- namely being unable to fulfill the promises made for the majority of members. When the recruitment of new affiliates slows down, those that are in positions towards the lower end of the scheme will see a reduction of their received payments. When this happens those affiliates will cancel their monthly payment and the effect will filter through the entire system. This will ultimately result with the entire thing collapsing, and any affiliates that have not made back their investments will lose out. This will be the case for the majority of people involved, with only the top positions likely to be making anything. As said earlier, these top positions are almost certainly held by the company owner, which probably explains why they are so secret about their identity. To make matters worse, the use of Bitcoin for the payments ensures that it would be impossible to track when the company does fall apart, so there will be no route to recover funds that have been lost.

If you’re considering becoming an affiliate with 2×4 Club, the simple advice is that you shouldn’t. There are plenty of other opportunities that are transparent about their ownership and structure that offer sustainable propositions that allow all members to make a healthy return, not just those at the top. Schemes like 2×4 Club are designed as a quick cash grab for the owners, and you will never be able to earn in a reliable way by being involved.
