50K Profits reviewRecently, this business has been getting a lot of attention.

In fact, there is lots of hype and buzz going around including people pitching it left, right and centre.

I’ve noticed a lot of people pitching it on social media.

Now, first off, let me make it clear I am NOT promoting this business opportunity as an affiliate or distributor.

I have all the facts about this business in my 50K Profits Review so you can learn the full truth about it!

Is the business legit or a scam?

Does it deliver on it’s promises?

I explain in my Review of 50K Profits before you.

Let’s get started.

What The Heck Is 50K Profits?

As per the official website for 50K Profits, the owners of the company in question go by the names of “John and Lynn.” Having names present right off the bat certainly is more than other opportunities have going for them, but the lack of any other information aside from these two first names is a tad concerning.

After doing a bit more research on my end, I was able to learn that the John who’s mentioned here actually goes by the full name of John Toth.

If that name sounds at all family to you, that’s because 50K Profits isn’t Toth’s first rodeo into the world of MLM.

Toth first got started with multi-level marketing as the sole admin for 20K Profits back in the year of 2015. For those who don’t know, 20K Profits was a form of cash gifting scheme that saw affiliate gift as much as $20,000 to other members within the company in order to make a buck. However, at the time of this writing, the 20K Profits website is entirely unresponsive – likely a sing that the company has finally collapsed as these things so often do.

Before Toth launched 20K Profits, he was an affiliate for Inspired Living Application and Bioceutica, but 20K Profits was the first company that Toth launched and ran on his own.

The collapse of 20K Profits appears to have been the catalyst for Toth to go on and launch 50K Profits, and that is the opportunity of which I’m going to be reviewing right now.

What Are The 50K Profits Products?

Just like 20K Profits before it, 50K Profits doesn’t have any sort of product in place within its business model. This means that affiliates don’t have any goods or services to market or sell to retail customers, creating for a setup that has always failed whenever implemented into any other opportunity.

The lack of a product line also means that there is a complete and total absence of retail sales activity, and this is never something that you want to see in an MLM setup.

With this all being said, it is worth mentioning that affiliates for 50K Profits do have access to someone called the Business Success Alliance that offers “digital education products.” Unfortunately, no other info is given aside from that one mention.

What About The Compensation Plan For 50K Profits?

On the compensation plan side of things, affiliate for 50K Profits are able to earn money by first purchasing between $50 and $50,000 worth of “licensing” positions.

There are numerous levels to purchase into with these positions, and they include –

  • Bronze for $500
  • Silver for $2000
  • Gold for $3500
  • Platinum for $7500
  • Diamond for $15,000
  • Elite for $25,000
  • Empire for $50,000

As for commissions, these are paid out to members as they recruit other individuals to join the company and invest their own money into it as well.

Direct payments are sent out for this, with commissions being handled through the use of a unilevel payment system.

However, something worth noting here is that all members (aside from those who are ranked as Empire affiliates) must pass up the same amount of money that you invested into 50K Profits before you can actually start earning a commission.

As an example, if you decide to purchase the Gold plan for $3500, you’ll need to pass up $3500 worth of earnings before you can actually start making any money from your recruitment.

What’s The Cost Of Joining 50K Profits?

If you’re for some reason interested in becoming an affiliate for 50K Profits, you’ll need to purchase one of the above plans that I outlined.

This means that your earning costs could be as little as $500, or as large as $50,000.

So, Is There A 50K Profits Scam Going On?

So, like with all business opportunities, you will hear things around the internet about there being a 50K Profits scam or something like that.

And from what you have read, you may also wonder if this is legit or a complete scam.

So, what’s the truth?

Is there a 50K Profits scam going on or is this legit?

Well, to be honest, 50K Profits is not really a proper scam or anything like that.

But there are some things to be aware of (see conclusion section).

That is how you will be successful.

Finally, My 50K Profits Review And Conclusion!

To wrap up this review, it doesn’t take all that long to realize that 50K Profits is nothing more than a reboot of Toth’s failed operation of 20K Profits. The same exact logo from that collapsed opportunity is being used with 50K Profits, with the only real difference between 20K and 50K Profits being the fact that 50K Profits allows affiliates to invest up to $50,000 rather than the previous limit of $20,000.

Toth is trying to sell the idea that money is earned through 50K Profits through some sort of securities offering. The 50K Profits site reads that, “Whether you’re a person seeking a few hundred dollars per month with a minimal $500 investment, or whether you’re joining us with a $50,000 investment (that allows a return $1M with just 20 shares at that same level), it’s all here for you!”

However, considering the fact that there’s no proof that Toth has registered 50K Profits with the SEC, don’t buy too heavily into anything that’s being touted here.

It’s already quite clear that 50K Profits is operating as a cash gifting scheme, but when you top this off with the fact that Toth is likely engaged with some level of securities fraud, things get even worse.

On top of this, the 50K Profits site also says the following – “Let’s say you get started at the Gold licensing level which pays a total of $3500 per sale in commissions. You pay $298 in administration fees to the company and send your sponsor Pete $3500.”

In other words, 50K Profits is also functioning as a pyramid/chain-recruitment scheme.

As all pyramid and cash gifting schemes go, 50K Profits can only succeed as long as people continue to join the company. Once recruitment levels die down, 50K Profits will be faced with a rather immediate and inevitable collapse.

Once recruitment levels die down and the company starts to shut down, Toth will run off with the vast majority of the money that’s been invested into 50K Profits and then leave most everyone else to end up losing out.

Sounds great, huh?

Hopefully, you have found my 50K Profits Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other reviews of 50K Profits which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.
