Exactly what is AirBit Club?

At the time of publication, no information regarding who owns or operates AirBit Club was available on their website, Their web domain has been registered since September 27, 2015, with the registration information set as private.

There are some rumours that Renato Rodriguez, know for the ViziNova Ponzi Scheme, is involved, but I can’t find any conclusive information that confirm this.

On May 17, 2015, the AirBit Club Facebook page finally announced that Gutemberg dos Santos was one of the co-founders of AirBit Club. Dos Santos was one of the co-founders of ViziNova along with Rodriguez.

Later, an undated photo from a recruitment event that had both Rodriguez and dos Santos in it

Although I do find it worth noting that Alexa is estimating that 45% of the traffic for the AirBit Club domain is originating in South Korea. The traffic to the site seemed to pick up pace in February, but considering that most of the marketing material for AirBit Club is in Spanish and Portuguese, it’s really strange that the lion’s share of the traffic is from South Korea.

As I have said before, if a company is not open about who owns or operates the business, this is a big red flag that should be considered before joining.

Are There Any AirBit Club Products?

Currently AirBit Club offers no retail products or services – an affiliate may only market AirBit Club Affiliate membership.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For AirBit Club?

When an Airbit Club affiliate recruits a new affiliate, they pay a membership fee upon signing up. Half of this fee is paid to the pool for recruiting affiliates, and the rest is put towards bitcoin mining.

There are three AirBit Club affiliate membership packages:

  • Executive – $250
  • Corprate – $500
  • Pro – $1000

Recruitment Commissions

An AirBit Club affiliate earns their commissions from recruiting new affiliates. An affiliate is paid 20% of the cost of the package the affiliate signs up with.

ROI Payouts

Airbit Club advertises up to a 300X ROI on investment packages, with the payouts coming from income earned on daily bitcoin mining.

“The packages will pay affiliates base(d) on the amount of bitcoins mined everyday.

The total bitcoins earned will be split among all members and paid out.”

How long it takes for the ROI payout is dependent on how but the affiliate invested:

  • Executive $250 – 150 Days
  • Corporate $500 – 225 Days
  • Pro $1000 – 300 days

The AirBit Club compensation plan says that between 0.2% and 1.2% of all fund invested are paid out daily. AirBit Club also charges a renewal fee every 75 ROI payouts.

Residual Recruitment Commissions

A 3 X 18 matrix is utilized to pay out recruitment commissions for AirBit Club.

A 3 X 18 matrix places you at the top, with three positions directly below you on Level 1. The second level takes those three positions, and splits them into an additional three positions each, totalling 9 positions on Level 2, and so on.

Extending down through 18 levels, the complete matrix contains over 581 Million matrix positions, which are filled through direct and indirect recruitment. For each position on your matrix filled a one-time $10 commission is paid.

Executives ($250) are limited to three matrix positions, Corporate affiliates ($500) are limited to seven levels, and Pros ($1000) can earn on all 18 levels.

Residual Recruitment Commissions – Binary

A binary compensation plan places you at the top of your binary team, with two positions directly under you. Those two positions are split into an additional 2 positions, creating 4 positions on level 2, and so on.

Commissions are then paid out to AirBit Club affiliates based on recruitment volume:

  • Executive $250 – 200 Points
  • Corporate $500 – 400 Points
  • Pro $1000 – 900 Points

For every 200 points matched on both sides of the binary matrix, an affiliate earns a $20 commission.

An Executive is capped at $500 per day, Corporate affiliates are capped at $1000 per day, and Pro affiliates capped at $10,000 per day.

Read Here For My AirBit Club Conclusion!

This opportunity is absolutely loaded with compliance issues.

AirBit Club offers ROIs that are apparently sourced from bitcoin investments. This would require that AirBit Club register with a securities regulator, and I can’t find any evidence that they have.

There is also a very good chance that rather than bitcoin investments, AirBit Club is actually just paying ROIs from the fees of newly recruited affiliates.

Meaning this is a very basic and clear cut Ponzi scheme.

The rest of the compensation plan is simply Pay-To-Play, and a pyramid scheme. This is determined by the fact that the income potential is entirely dependent on how much you pay when you sign up.

All of this scheme is dependent on the recruitment of new affiliates, which will eventually slow. When that happens, the whole scheme collapses, with the majority of investors losing out.

I’d stay far away from this one.

I hope you have gained a lot of value from my AirBit Club Review.
I have found other reviews are scant on details, so I wanted to make sure you had everything you need here.
