Exactly what is Better Planet Paper?

With Better Planet Paper’s website, you won’t find any concrete background information at all.

Even after plenty of time searching around, I was unable to find even the slightest mention of who owns Better Planet Paper, when it was founded, where it’s being run out of, etc.

The domain name for Better Planet Paper’s site ( was registered on August 18 of 2016, but since it was done privately, it’s not visible as to who the owner is or where the registration occurred.

These roadblocks aren’t fun to deal with in the slightest, but following a bit more research and snooping around, I was able to see that the Founder and CEO of Better Planet Paper is cited to be someone by the name of Scott Kufus.

This info is evident via Kufus’s LinkedIn profile, and part of it reads as follows:
“With my keen focus on eco-consciousness, I founded Better Planet in 2017 to revolutionize the paper consumption to make sustainability more practical.”

It’s not clear as to why this info isn’t readily available on Better Planet Paper’s official website, but in any case, Kufus goes on to say that he’s got, “over 33 years in sales and relationship marketing experience.”

This experience combines roles of both corporate and affiliate positions, including the following:

  • National Video President of Sales for Video Plus
  • Executive Director Distributor for The Peoples Network
  • National Sales Trainer for AdvoCare
  • Sales Advisor for OxyFresh
  • Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Univera Life Sciences
  • Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for GeneWize
  • Co-Founder for SnackHealthy
  • Co-Founder & Marketing Strategist for Family Vacation Network
  • Technical Sales Consultant for World Ventures
  • Field Sales Trainer for Purium

Are There Any Better Planet Paper Products?

Better Planet Paper says that it is a, “paper co-op” company, and it offers a fairly wide array of various toilet paper and paper towel products.

There are three main packs to choose from, and they include —

  • Personal Potty Pack (24 “soft 2 ply rolls” for $36)
  • Family Combo Pack (12 paper towel rolls and 24 toilet paper rolls for $60)
  • Small Business Pack (24 paper towel and toilet paper rolls for $88)

If those prices seem a bit high, that’s because Better Planet Paper claims that all of its products are forest friendly. Additionally, the company has plans to eventually release, “bamboo, hemp and other options as they resent themselves.”

Shipping for both affiliate and retail orders for Better Planet Paper products in the United States is free.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Better Planet Paper?

If you’re an affiliate for Better Planet Paper, you’ll be able to earn commissions whenever they sell products to retail customers or recruit other people to join the company.

MLM Commission Qualification

Before you can sort earning on MLM commissions within Better Planet Paper, you’ll need to first have either 5 retail customers or recruited affiliates in your downline.

All these customers and/or affiliates need to be “active”, and this is described awn an affiliate or customer that’s placed an order with Better Planet Paper within the past 2 months.

Residual Commissions

Commissions are paid out within Better Planet Paper as a residual rate based off of retail orders that are handled through a unilevel system.

The unilevel system is broken up into various classes, and advancing to higher classes that offer better commission rates is done by getting more and more active affiliates and/or retail customers.

Patronage Points

Along with this, every order that an affiliate for the company puts through generates Patronage Points.

The amount of points generated depends on which Class you’re in, and as per the website for Better Planet Paper, these points are able to be redeemed at a, “redemption center.”

Unfortunately, there’s zero mention in regards to what these points can actually be redeemed for.

What Is The Fee To Join Better Planet Paper?

Toilet paper is something that everyone uses, and as such, creating an MLM opportunity around it does sound like an interesting concept.

Everyone is in the market for toilet paper, and since it’s a consumable item, buying it over and over again is something that you just have to do.

The main challenge for Better Planet Paper is whether or not it has what it takes to compete with toilet paper that’s being sold in supermarkets and other online stores that aren’t MLM opportunities.

Better Planet Paper does have an edge with the fact that its products are friendly for the environment, and there’s also the claim that the company plants a tree for every product that’s sold.

As for the compensation plan side of things, what you’ll find is pretty common for MLM opportunities that offer one single product.

There is the possibility of chain recruitment if affiliates focus more on recruiting other affiliates rather than selling product to retail customers, but the good news here is that it’s quite easy to determine whether or not this is taking place.

Simply figure out whether or not a minimum of 50% of your upline’s required orders come from affiliate recruitment or retail sales. Whatever the result is here will help you determine whether or not there’s something fishy taking place.

Assuming that affiliates are focused on retail sales over affiliate chain recruitment, Better Planet Paper offers a solid setup that is wroth considering if you’re looking to join a new MLM opportunity.

The product offering is quite unique for the MLM market, and when you combine that with a fair income opportunity, you get something that’s very well worth looking into.

I hope you have gained a lot of value from my Better Planet Paper Review.

I have found other reviews are scant on details, so I wanted to make sure you had everything you need here.
