Bitcoin Hive – What Is It??

Bitcoin Hive doesn’t get off with the best first impression, and this is a result of the company’s failure to provide any sort of background information on their official website.

Any indication in regards to who owns Bitcoin Hive, who runs it on the executive level, or even where in the world it’s located is left completely unknown. No legitimate MLM opportunity would leave such information off of their site, resulting in many feelings of suspicion when dealing with Bitcoin Hive.

Moving over to the domain name registration, things aren’t much better there at all.

The domain was registered on November 10th of this year (2016), but that’s all of the information that’s provided here. Since the registration is set to a private state, any indication in regards to who the owner is or where the registration took place is left completely unknown.

With that being said, I was able to find one name that’s associated with the company.

Upon visiting the Bitcoin Hive website and trying to register without any referral code from an affiliate, the website will say that you’ve been “invited by Bitcoin Hive Admin.”

After this message is displayed, clicking on the yellow button near the top of the page that’s titled “Register” will show that “you were invited by Lorraine du Plessis.”

Lorraine du Plessis is likely the sole admin for Bitcoin Hive, but I wasn’t able to find any additional information on this person outside of this one mention of their name.

It is something, but it’s not enough to say that there’s concrete background info being provided here.

The Product Line For Bitcoin Hive

In regards to the product line being offered by Bitcoin Hive, there isn’t anything being offered here at all in regards to products or services. Bitcoin Hive is yet another MLM opportunity that lacks any true product line with the way that the opportunity is set up, meaning that affiliates have nothing more than the affiliate membership to market and sell to potential buyers.

Product lines are extremely important for any legitimate MLM opportunity, as their creation of retail sales often serves as the primary source of income for opportunities. With it not being present here, it’s likely that the primary source of income comes directly from affiliates themselves.

This sort of activity is usually only seen with underbelly schemes and scams in the MLM world, meaning that is’ quite obvious what kind of opportunity we’re dealing with in the case of Bitcoin Hive.

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan?

Looking at the compensation plan for Bitcoin Hive, affiliates for the opportunity set out to gift money to one another in the form of bitcoin. These gifting payments are handled using a 2 x 4 matrix system, with a complete matrix housing 30 total positions that are filled by affiliates.

Higher levels within the matrix are unlocked by gifting more and more money to other affiliates within the company, and gifting money then results in you being able to earn gifting payments as well.

To get things started, you need to gift 0.02 BTC to the affiliate that initially got you to join Bitcoin Hive, and once this payment is received, you are then entitled to earn 0.02 BTC from two other affiliates who you recruit to join the company.

There are four levels available to affiliates, with each one costing more and resulting in a higher gift payment that you can receive.

How Do I Join Bitcoin Hive?

If you’d like to become an affiliate for Bitcoin Hive, you’ll need to gift at least 0.02 BTC to the affiliate that recruited you to join the company. However, if you’d like to get fully involved with everything that Bitcoin Hive has to offer, you’ll need to increase that amount up to 0.65 BTC.

Is Bitcoin Hive Really A Scam?

Have you been hearing that Bitcoin Hive is a scam?

Have you heard Bitcoin Hive is legit?

So, what’s the truth – is Bitcoin Hive a scam or is it a good business?

Conclusion for Bitcoin Hive

With all of that being said, what kind of opportunity are we looking at with Bitcoin Hive?

As per the company’s official website, “Our members will get attractive packages in their back office with each upgrade. 100% of your referrals upgrades go directly to your bitcoin wallet. All transactions are exclusively between members with Bitcoin as the form of payment.”

In the MLM world, affiliates who send money to other affiliates under the idea that they’ll earn something in return works out to be a cash gifting scheme.

Bitcoin Hive isn’t selling anything at all to retail customers, meaning that 100% of all the commissions being paid out are sourced directly from other affiliates within the company (as it generally goes with cash gifting schemes).

And, as all cash gifting schemes tend to go, Bitcoin Hive will run into major trouble once levels of recruitment die down. This will see affiliates not getting the gift payments that they’re expecting, and this will eventually cause Bitcoin Hive to collapse in on itself.

The anonymous admin(s) behind Bitcoin Hive will make off with the majority of the earnings, leaving most everyone else to lose out or break even at best.

Plus, thanks to the use of bitcoin with this scheme, it will be virtually impossible to recover any lost funds when the time comes.

I hope you got all the details you needed to make an informed decision in this Bitcoin Hive Review.
