What Is BitEstate Exactly?

On BitEstate’s website, you won’t find much of anything in regards to concrete background information.

Despite looking around as much as possible, I wasn’t able to find any legitimate info in regards to who owns the company, when it was founded, where it’s based out of, or anything along these lines.

The domain name for BitEstate’s site was registered on November 7 of 2017, but thanks to the private nature of said registration, it’s impossible to tell where this took place or who the owner of the domain is.

Also, while BitEstate claims it’s based out of London in the United Kingdom, this is clearly bogus.

Alexa rankings indicate that 20% of all traffic for BitEstate comes out of Russia, making it much more likely that BitEstate is being run out of either Russia or the Ukraine.

One of the supported languages on the BitEstate website is Russian, and the company has an account on the social network VKontakte. As if that wasn’t a strong enough indication, all of the content shared through that account is presented in —  you guessed it — Russian.

What Will I Be Selling With BitEstate?

In regards to the product line BitEstate is offering, there’s not a whole lot to see.

There aren’t any goods or services being marketed or sold to retail customers, and because of this, you won’t find any retail sales activity.

The only thing affiliates have to offer is the affiliate membership itself, and the biggest draw to this is the income opportunity that comes bundled with it.

Income opportunities are perfectly natural to find in the MLM space, but when you see them being offered without an accompanying product line, that’s usually a sign that something fishy is taking place.

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan For BitEstate?

Speaking of that income opportunity, BitEstate affiliates are able to get an advertised ROI by investing money into the company.

BitEstate has a few different investment plans to choose from, including the following:

  • Singapore Tanglin Plan — Members invest between 0.001 BTC and 1 BTC for an ROI of 176% over 32 days
  • Dubai Marina Plan — Members invest between 0.01 BTC and 1.5 BTC for an ROI of 145% over 10 days
  • Miami Beach Plan — Members invest between 0.05 BTC and 2 BTC for an ROI of 240% over 20 days

In addition to this, BitEstate affiliates can also earn referral commissions that are paid using a unilevel system.

Referral commissions are offered when you recruit other people to join and invest into BitEstate, and the rates that are offered work out as follows:

  • Earn 9% for Level 1 recruits
  • Earn 3% for Level 2 recruits

What’s The Membership Fee For BitEstate?

You can technically join BitEstate for free, but doing so will limit you to earning on just referral commissions.

In order to earn on these and the advertised ROI, you’ll need to make an investment of at least 0.001 BTC.

Is BitEstate Really A Scam?

If you’re like me, you’ve been researching BitEstate and you may have heard that it is a total scam.

From what you have read above, you may not be able to tell if it is legit or not.

So, is it really a scam?

Is BitEstate a scam, or can you trust the company?

I would say BitEstate isn’t a scam, but there are definitely some things you should be cautious of – check out the conclusion to find out what those are.

My Conclusion For BitEstate

BitEstate says that it can generate funds for its ROI thanks to real-estate transactions, but as the story often goes, there’s no evidence that any of this is taking place.

Instead, the only source of income for the company is that of affiliate investments. As new people join the company, the money they invest is used to pay ROIs and commissions owed to other members.

I sure hope you have found all the information in this BitEstate Review helpful.

Some reviews may be biased or trying to sell you something else, so I wanted you to have all the details from someone not affiliate with BitEstate.

If you decided to move forward with BitEstate, you’ll still need help marketing yourself.
