Exactly what is Cooperative Crowdfunding?

On Cooperative Crowdfunding’s website, you won’t find any information relating to who’s running the company or who founded it. This is information that should be readily available for any business in the MLM space, so it’s concerning that it’s not present here.

However, after a bit more digging, I was able to find that blog posts on the site were written by “David T. Rosen.”

With this name at hand, I also confirmed that multiple affiliates for Cooperative Crowdfunding cite Rosen as being the founder of the company.

Along with this, this info is backed up with the domain registration for Cooperative Crowdfunding’s site in which Rosen is listed as the owner of the domain with an address in Ontario, Canada.

If David T. Rosen’s name sounds familiar, that’s because this isn’t his first time appearing in the MLM world.

Rosen was first spotted in 2015 as the founder of PIE 24/7 — an opportunity in which you had to pay a monthly fee and then recruit other people to do the same thing to earn commissions.

PIE 24/7 looks to have collapsed in early 2016, with at least one of its former affiliates claiming they haven’t been paid for 7+ months.

Cooperative Crowdfunding Scam

Are There Any Cooperative Crowdfunding Products?

To not much surprise, Cooperating Crowdfunding doesn’t have any sort of product line to speak of.

You won’t find any goods or services being sold to retail customers, and as such, it’s impossible for there to be any retail sales activity.

Instead, affiliates for the company are left with only the affiliate membership to offer to those looking for a new income opportunity.

Based on my experience in this field, companies set up like Cooperative Crowdfunding often end up being a scheme or scam of some sort.

Income opportunities are perfectly fine to have, but when you see them being promoted without any sort of product line to go along with them, that’s when problems start to arise.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Cooperative Crowdfunding?

Looking more closely at that income opportunity, affiliates that join Cooperative Crowdfunding are asked to gift 25 EUR to other members every single month. New members gift that 25 EUR to existing ones, and by doing this, affiliates have the chance of earning a commission of 25% as they convince other people to do the same thing.

Cooperative Crowdfunding using a 3 x 10 matrix system for handling these commissions and gift payments, and of the 25 EUR that’s paid each month, 50% of it is paid via the matrix.

As for how much of that 50% is paid out, this depends entirely on which level of the matrix you’re a part of:

  • Level 1 affiliates earn 10%
  • Levels 2 through 4 affiliates earn 5%
  • Level 5 affiliates earn 2.5%
  • Level 6 affiliates earn 5%
  • Levels 7 through 8 affiliates earn 2.5%
  • Level 9 affiliates earn 5%
  • Level 10 affiliates earn 7.5%

As for the rest of that 25% of the 25 EUR gift payments, this is used for “bonuses” that Cooperative Crowdfunding offers. Unfortunately, it’s not disclosed how these “bonuses” work.

What Is The Fee To Join Cooperative Crowdfunding?

If you’re interested in joining Cooperative Crowdfunding, you’ll need to pay a 25 EUR every 28 days. Along with this, if you want to keep earning your gift payments, you’ll also have to pay up another 10 EUR every 6 months.

Is Cooperative Crowdfunding Truly A Scam?

If you’ve been doing your research on Cooperative Crowdfunding, you may have heard from some people that it’s a scam, and from other’s that it’s totally legit.

After reading my review, you might not be sure for yourself.

So, what’s really going on here?

Is Cooperative Crowdfunding a scam, or can you make a legit business with it?
