What Is The Digital Portal Club Opportunity?

Having first registered their website (digitalportal.club) on the 6th December, 2016, Digital Portal Club is offering a Ponzi investment scheme with promises 200% ROI’s. They appear to be based out of Nigeria, although this is simply guesswork from looking at the Alexa rankings of the site that show the majority of web traffic to come from there. Unfortunately the website itself does not provide any clues about who owns or is an administrator of the company.

As with all investment opportunities it is crucial that you thoroughly research the scheme being offered and the people that are responsible for it. This can give you invaluable information about the sustainability of the company and an idea of how competent those in charge are. When a company is being secretive about these details, as is the case with Digital Portal Club, it can be an indication that the offering is not as legitimate as it may initially seem.

What Can You Tell Me About The Digital Portal Club Products?

Digital Portal Club does not actually offer any products or services for affiliates to sell. The main motivations for members are the rewards they can earn by recruiting new people to the company.

What Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan?

The Digital Portal Club compensation plan has two elements to it:

  1. Guaranteed Return on Investment

With the guaranteed ROI, affiliates invest an amount between $10 and $250. In return for doing this they will receive a 200% ROI after eight days. To withdraw these funds, affiliates are then required to make a further investment of between $10 and $250.

  1. Referral Commissions

Digital Portal Club rewards affiliates and their ability to recruit new members by offering referral commissions. They organize these commissions by using a unilevel compensation structure.

This is formed by placing a new affiliate at the top of their own structure. Every new member that they recruit to the company is placed in a position directly beneath them to form Level 1. Level 2 is formed by creating positions for those that are recruited by members on Level 1 and, similarly, Level 3 is formed by creating positions for those that have been recruited by members on Level 2. This process can keep going forever- only limited by the affiliates’ ability to recruit.

The Digital Portal Club referral commission is calculated as a percentage of the amount being invested by affiliates on the different levels of this structure. All affiliates earn the referral commission for level 1, but to earn commission on levels two to five affiliates must have recruited at least twenty new members. The commission rates for each level are as follows:

  • Level 1 – Earn 5% of investment volume
  • Level 2 – Earn 4% of investment volume
  • Level 3 – Earn 3% of investment volume
  • Level 4 – Earn 2% of investment volume
  • Level 5 – Earn 1% of investment volume

What Will It Cost To Join Digital Portal Club

All that is needed to become an affiliate with Digital Portal Club is the first investment of between $10 and $250. Subsequent payments are required to take the ROI out, though, and you will need to recruit at least twenty new members to be able to take full advantage of the referral commission.

My Digital Portal Club Review Conclusion

Digital Portal club is a scheme that we have seen all too often. It’s basically a carbon copy of another company called MMM Global that was launched in 2014 and collapsed two years later. They say on their website that,

“Digital Portal Club is committed to serve humanity by integrating resources for people in need. Recognize the innate worth of all people and the value of diversity, work to ensure equal opportunity to everyone, irrespective of race, gender, color, class, ethnicity, disability and location”

While these may be admirable aims it’s simply a load of sales bluster, and the reality of the company couldn’t be further from this. It’s basically been set up to benefit those at the top who are running things, and scam as much out of the membership as possible.

This is a simple pyramid scheme that requires members to pay an entry fee with the promise of a guaranteed return that they will get just over a week later. This return is completely funded by the subsequent investments being made by newer members. The referral commission structure simply adds another layer to this pyramid effect, and acts as a motivator to get affiliates to sign up new people.

The problem here, and the reason it will ultimately fail, is that the only method that the company uses to raise funds to pay the promised amounts to its affiliates is with subsequent investments that are made. This is a completely unsustainable model. By promising a 200% return the company, in effect, has to sign up two new members who invest the same amount as you to be able to pay you. They then would need another four people to sign up to pay those two back, and the numbers required soon get out of control. To mitigate this problem, legitimate companies will offer products or services for affiliates to sell, which reduce the reliance on pure recruitment as a way to pay the returns. This is not happening here with Digital Portal Club, though, and it will eventually suffer from the same problems as MMM Global, and all others that work in the same way.

Recruitment will inevitably slow down and, as a result, so will payouts to current members. This will reach a point where the company is unable to pay anyone, and it completely collapses. This will leave the vast majority of affiliates out of pocket, with only those that are running the company in a position to benefit from the whole experience.

Digital Portal Club is never going to benefit its affiliates, and is based on a model that has failed many times before. The owners are fully aware of this, which is why they are being so secretive about their identity, and will have given themselves the preferred positions to allow them to take the vast majority of funds that are invested in the company before it all goes wrong. Do not get caught out with this scheme, your money is best spent elsewhere.

Hopefully, you have found my Digital Portal Club Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other review of Digital Portal Club which were a bit thin on the detail side.
