Easycoins – What Is It??

Easycoins is a suspicious Bitcoin mining pool, with no information available as to who owns or runs the business. The website domain was registered on the 1st of May 2016 with all information pertaining to it being kept private. Current Alexa statistics suggest that 54.2% of web traffic to the site come from Columbia, so this is from where the company likely originates and continues to operate.

As with all MLM companies, serious consideration must be taken before joining or paying any money when the company is not being transparent about the owners or operators as you cannot be certain of their reliability or ability to achieve the results promised.

The Product Line For Easycoins

With no retail products or services available, the only opportunities for Easycoins affiliates are to directly market the Easycoins affiliate membership. This is shocking and the case of some many businesses like this. In fact, I’ve been digging into YoCoin as well recently. You can see my review of that here and it has the same problems.

An opportunity without a proper product is not legit!

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan?

Affiliates invest sums between $250 and $1000 into the Easycoins compensation plan, on the guarantee of a daily ROI.

The level of the ROI payout is determined by the membership level that an Easycoins affiliate invests and joins at.

-Bronze level requires an investment of $250 and entitles to at least 0.9% a day for 225 days.

-Silver level requires an investment of $500 and entitles to at least 0.9% a day for 225 days.

-Gold level requires an investment of $1000 and entitles to at least 0.9% a day for 300 days.

Recruitment Commissions

Each affiliate of Easycoins will receive 20% of the funds that have been invested by affiliates that they themselves have recruited.

Residual Recruitment Commissions (matrix)

The residual recruitment commissions for Easycoins are paid out using a 3×18 matrix structure for compensation. This puts the affiliate at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly beneath them (which form the first level of the matrix) and splitting each of those three into another three beneath (forming the second level of the matrix which contains nine positions).

Along these lines, further levels of the matrix are constructed as needed- each level has room for three times as many positions as the previous one. A completed 3×18 matrix (extending down eighteen levels in total) will house 581,130,732 positions. These positions are filled by the recruitment of new EasyCoin affiliates (through direct and indirect means), with each affiliate being paid $10 for each affiliate they recruit within their matrix.

The amount that an affiliate invests when they join affects how many levels of the matrix that they earn commission for.

-Bronze affiliates earn commission for levels 1 to 5

-Silver affiliates earn commission for levels 1 to 9

-Gold affiliates earn commission on all 18 levels

Residual Recruitment Commissions (binary)

Easycoins uses a binary compensation structure to pay out their residual binary recruitment commissions. This structure works by placing an affiliate in the top position of a binary team which is split into two sides. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting the first two positions on the first level into another two positions on the second level (giving 4 positions for the second level). The third level splits these positions into two again (giving 8 positions for the third level). Further levels of the binary team are produced as needed, and will always generate twice as many positions as there are on the previous level.

The total daily investment volume across both side of this binary is calculated, and the Easycoins affiliates receive 10% of the funds that are matched across both sides of the binary. Payout caps apply for the daily binary commission, based upon the membership level the affiliate signed up for when they joined. (Bronze can earn up to $500 per day, Silver can earn up to $1000 per day and Gold can earn up to $10,000 per day).

Conclusion for Easycoins

The Easycoins scheme is clearly approaching the territory of being a pyramid scheme, were it not for the daily ROI being offered from the funds generated through Bitcoin mining. The problem with this is the legitimacy of their claim that they can generate this, because Bitcoin mining itself is not linear, and through legitimate Bitcoin mining it is not possible to guarantee a consistent 0.9% ROI.

While it cannot be independently verified whether or not Easycoins are paying ROI’s from the mining of Bitcoin, some simple research will unearth some indications that all is not as it seems and the ROI’s being paid out are no above board.

The first red flag is the secrecy about who is behind Easycoins and who is involved in running it. Legitimate MLM companies are transparent with these details and any that do not are to be approached with caution.

Their website also contains massive chunks of plagiarized content from similar companies. For example, their entire ‘About Us’ page has been copied word for word from that of the ‘Kraken Bitcoin Exchange’- even using the same date of foundation, despite Kraken being founded in 2011 and Easycoins registering in 2016.

The clear speculation here is that, if the company cannot even take the time to set up their website with relevant details and information, how likely are they to be a legitimately run company? There’s simply no way to be certain that they aren’t simply moving newly invested funds around to pay off the earlier investors.

If you are in the position of being a potential Easycoins affiliate you should ask your recruiter for a dollar for dollar account of the Bitcoin mining and see how this correlates with the daily ROI payout. With no evidence at all that this scheme knows what it is doing in this area, if they are unable to provide one then steer well clear of any future involvement. You will have saved your money from a potential lost investment due to a pyramid scheme.

I hope you got all the details you needed to make an informed decision in this Easycoins Review.
