Eden Life Club is an MLM based upon investments into a crypto-currency with the promise of daily ROI’s as well as rewards for recruitment of further affiliates into the scheme. Their website (http://edenlife.club) says that they are based in Kuala Lumpar, although interestingly they provide a corporate address and phone number that is in Hong Kong. Eden Life Club Scam

Does Eden Life Club Offer Any Products?

Eden Life does not have any products or services for affiliates to sell to retail customers. The opportunity for affiliates involves investment within the scheme and recruitment of new affiliates.

What Kind Of Compensation Plan Does Eden Life Club Have?

Eden Life Club operate their own virtual currency, ‘Eden Coin’ through which 10% of the daily ROI payments and 20% of other commission earnings are paid out to affiliates.

Investments and ROI’s

Eden Life Club offers seven different investment levels which allow affiliates to invest up to €30,000 in return for a guaranteed daily ROI. The levels are as follows:

  • Basic – in return for an investment of €250 you will receive €2.8 per day until you reach a maximum of €395
  • Rookie – in return for an investment of €500 you will receive €5.8 per day until you reach a maximum of €825
  • Premium – in return for an investment of €1000 you will receive €12.2 per day until you reach a maximum of €1712
  • Amethyst – in return for an investment of €2500 you will receive €31.7 per day until you reach a maximum of €4200
  • Professional – requires an initial investment of €5000, although the rates of return are not specified
  • Elite – requires an initial investment of €10,000, although the rates of return are not specified
  • Founder – requires an initial investment of €30,000, although the rates of return are not specified

Commissions for Recruitment

A unilevel structure is used to calculate the recruitment commissions through Eden Life Club. The structure is formed by placing the first affiliate in a position at the top. Every recruit that they sign up is placed in a position directly beneath, this forms level 1. Level 2 is then formed from all new affiliates recruited by those that are on Level 1. Level 3 is formed by those that are recruited by Level 2 affiliates, and so on. In theory this can continue forever, the only limit being the ability to recruit new affiliates. You will earn €3 commission for every new affiliate that has been recruited in your structure (whether directly or indirectly). The investment level you join at determines how many levels of this model you are able to earn commission from:

  • Basic – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first five levels
  • Rookie – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twelve levels
  • Premium – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twenty levels
  • Amethyst – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twenty one levels
  • Professional – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twenty two levels
  • Elite – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twenty three levels
  • Founder – receive €3 for every new affiliate that is recruited within the first twenty six levels

Referral Commissions

Eden Life Club rewards affiliates with referral commissions based on the funds that are invested by affiliates within their unilevel model. These commissions are limited to the first ten levels and the potential earnings are linked to the investment level of the affiliate:

  • Basic – Earn 1% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five
  • Rookie – Earn 1% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five
  • Premium – Earn 2% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to four, and 1% on levels five and six
  • Amethyst – Earn 2% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five, 1% on level six, and 0.5% on level seven
  • Professional – Earn 2% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five, 1% on level six and seven, and 0.5% on level eight
  • Elite – Earn 2% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five, 1% on level six to eight, and 0.5% on level nine
  • Founder – Earn 2% commission on investments made by affiliates on level one to five, 1% on level six to eight, and 0.5% on level nine and ten

Conclusion for Eden Life Club

The only funds entering the system in Eden Life Club are coming from the investments of new affiliates, so these are quite obviously how the ROI’s are being paid for. This model of return is the pure definition of a Ponzi scheme. It is, in fact, a Ponzi scheme on top of another Ponzi scheme with the addition of the recruitment returns- and all wrapped up under the allure of a crypto-currency, which in truth is worthless. Despite pitching ‘Eden Coin’ as the next bitcoin, the only people that will ever have any interest in the value of ‘Eden Coin’ will be affiliates within the scheme. The only value generated in the currency is the requirement of affiliates to receive certain proportions of their earnings through it, which gives the owner a further chance to benefit because he is able to create a never-ending supply to exchange for ‘actual’ cash from affiliates’ ROI’s and commission payments. With no direct exchanges for these coins, the only thing you’re able to do is offload them to another affiliate and make it someone else’s problem.

Eden Life Club will eventually suffer the same fate as all other Ponzi schemes. Once it reaches a critical mass there simply won’t be enough new affiliates being recruited to sustain the promised ROI’s. At this point, perhaps the company will be forced to change the rules slightly, but this will only slow the inevitable decline, which will result in a much reduced payout to affiliates and an eventual collapse. By the time it does collapse, if you haven’t been able to earn back your initial investment then you will have lost out, and when this does happen those ‘Eden Coins’ you have been collecting will be worth absolutely nothing.
