Seriously, What Is Everyone Cycle?

Everyone Cycle is a new company that launched in November of 2016 that involves the purchase of positions within a cycler model. The website is rather sparse with details of who owns or runs the company; with registration details being set to private and no clues on the site itself, but the official company facebook group has one admin attached to it called Jay Valand. His personal facebook page implies that he has launched this new venture himself, having previously been involved in a sketchy Ponzi scheme called Luxury shares.

Everyone Cycle Scam

What Products Does Everyone Cycle Sell?

Everyone Cycle does not provide any products or services for affiliates to sell to retail customers. The only marketing opportunity for affiliates is for affiliate membership of the scheme itself.

Upon becoming a member, affiliates purchase positions in the cycler structure which also include advertising credits that can be exchanged for advertising space on the Everyone Cycle website.

Info On The Everyone Cycle Compensation Plan

Everyone Cycle offers affiliates two ways in which they are able to earn; the cycler structure itself and referral commissions that reward affiliates for the activity of those that they have recruited to the company.

The Straight Line Cycler

The basis of the cycler being run by Everyone Cycle is that affiliates buy positions in the plan for $2 with the guarantee that, when their position matures, they will receive $3.60 back. This cycler is a straight-line cycler, which essentially means it is one long queue of positions. The $2 will get you a position at the bottom of the queue and, when there are enough funds in the system, the person who owns the position at the top of the queue will receive their payout. This position is then removed and everyone moves up one spot before the process repeats itself. It essentially requires the sale of two positions at the bottom of the queue to raise enough to pay the required amount to the position at the top of the queue.

Referral Commissions

Everyone Cycle rewards affiliates for their ability to recruit new members, and the referral commission is how they do this. This is all arranged by using a unilevel structure.

This structure is formed by placing you, as a new affiliate, in a position at the top. Every new member that you personally recruit is placed in a position directly beneath you to form Level 1. Similarly, new members that are recruited by an affiliate on Level 1 are placed in a position directly beneath them to form Level 2. Level 3 is formed by those that are recruited by members on Level 2, and so on. This process continues and can, in theory, go on to an infinite number of levels. The Everyone Cycle plan only pays commission to affiliates based on the activity of the first five levels of this structure. Calculated as a percentage of the total amount being spent on positions within the straight-line cycler, affiliates will receive the following:

  • Total Cycler Purchases by Level 1 affiliates – Receive 10% commission
  • Total Cycler Purchases by Level 2 affiliates – Receive 4% commission
  • Total Cycler Purchases by Level 3 affiliates – Receive 3% commission
  • Total Cycler Purchases by Level 4 affiliates – Receive 2% commission
  • Total Cycler Purchases by Level 5 affiliates – Receive 1% commission

How Much To Join Everyone Cycle?

While there is no fee to become an affiliate member with Everyone Cycle, affiliates must purchase at least one position in the cycler for $2 to become eligible to earn through the compensation plan.

Here’s My Everyone Cycle Final Thoughts!

Having been involved as an affiliate in schemes before, it seems Jay Valand has learnt from his experiences and decided it would be far more beneficial to him to be running his own fraudulent Ponzi scheme. The elements of the Everyone Cycle compensation plan are actually quite simple; $2 positions purchased at the bottom level of the cycler eventually mature to pay back $3.60 when the position reaches the top of the queue. Two new positions need to be purchased to generate enough to pay out to the top position, with $1.80 of every $2 position being used to pay back existing investors. This puts Everyone Cycle firmly within the category of being a Ponzi scheme where investments by new members are used to pay off the liabilities to existing ones.

The need for two investments to pay back one goes to the center of why Ponzi schemes are always set to fail and leave their investors in the lurch. If you look at the number of positions that are currently in the cycler queue, twice as many as those would need to be purchased to pay off the liability associated with the original ones. These new purchased positions would then require twice that number to pay them back and so on. This exponential increase will soon result in Everyone Cycle needing to recruit a huge number of new members to stand a chance of paying back the amounts that have already been promised, and this would only make things even more difficult.

An extra layer of pyramid structure is then added by the existence of the referral commissions. These actually give away 20% of purchases made, which means only $1.60 of each purchase can go towards payouts in the cycler model, so the true number of positions that need to be purchased are 9 for every 4 payouts.

To compound this even further, Everyone Cycle takes a 5% admin fee from every $2 that are invested into the scheme- something that ensures Jay Valand can take a healthy cut, but leaves affiliates needing to earn extra just to break even.

With this all taken into account, Everyone Cycle will falter when recruitment slows down. With a reduction of positions being purchased at the bottom of the queue, the payouts at the top will also slow down. People who hold these positions will then be less likely to get any more, and the scheme will ultimately collapse. When this happens, the vast majority of people who have invested in the scheme will lose out. Jay Valand, on the other hand, will likely have given himself the majority of the top positions in the cycler which, combined with the admin fees, will see him walk off with the majority of funds that had gone into the plan.

Everyone Cycle is a simple Ponzi scheme that has been designed to funnel the majority of funds to the owner at the cost of all of the affiliates that sign up. Without any other sources of revenue, the company relies on the constant recruitment of new members and this simply cannot go on indefinitely. If you are looking for a decent investment opportunity, then Everyone Cycle is not for you. It is certain to fail at some point, and you will lose everything that you have invested into the company when that happens.
