FM World – What Is It??

With FM World, we’ve got an MLM entity who’s website is very lacking of any helpful background information. There isn’t any mention in regards to who owns or runs FM World, and a setup like this is never one that I’m a fan of running across.

There is a Polish Wikipedia page for FM World, and according to this, FM World got things started under the name of FM Group.

FM Group was launched in 2004 by Artura Trawinkskiego, but this person also goes by the name of Artur Trawinski.

Trawinski is the owner of the domain name for FM World’s website, and this domain has been registered since December of 2002.

You would think that FM World would provide this information on its website, but it’s nowhere to be found.

I attempted to look further into Trawinski and his MLM background, but I was unable to come up with much of anything. Trawinski certainly does appear to be a real person, so I’m chalking this one up to language barriers that do often get in the way with these situations.

FM World Scam

The Product Line For FM World

Surprisingly enough, FM World does actually have a product line in place.

The company sells and markets a wide array of items, including the likes of body care, perfumes, makeup, household items, food supplements, coffee, tea, and a lot more.

FM World’s website offers a fairly brief description of all the products that it sells, but you won’t find any specifics on any of the items — including retail pricing.

There’s no reasoning provided as to why this information isn’t made readily available, and it creates for the feeling that something fishy is taking place.

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan?

Moving things over to the compensation plan, FM World affiliate are forced to purchase products from FM World every single month if they’d like to still be eligible for the commissions that the compensation plan has to offer.

Once an affiliate buys the necessary amount of product for that month, they can then earn a commission for recruiting someone else to join the company and do the same thing.

Retail Commissions

FM World does offer retail commissions, and they work in a very similar fashion to what you’ll find with other MLM setups.

Commissions are paid out when an affiliate sells FM World products to a retail customer, and the rate paid is the difference between retail and wholesale pricing.

Unfortunately, since FM World doesn’t offer any pricing data for its products, it’s impossible to tell how much money is being made through these sales.

Effectiveness Level Commissions

Whenever an affiliate purchases product for themselves or someone within their downline does, that affiliate is able to earn points.

As described by the FM World website, “You receive Points for buying selected FM GROUP Products. When your Sales Group buys the Products, then both you and they receive Points.”

The number of points that you earn within a single month is determined by how much product you purchase, and your points number then translates to you receiving an “effectiveness level” within the company. Those levels work out as follows —

  • Generate between 300 and 1199.9 points, earn the Magnolia title and get a 3% effectiveness level
  • Generate between 1200 and 3599.99 points, earn the Magnolia title and get a 6% effectiveness level
  • Generate between 3600 and 7199.99 points, earn the Magnolia title and get a 9% effectiveness level
  • Generate between 7200 and 11,999.99 points, earn the Silver Magnolia title and get a 12% effectiveness level
  • Generate between 12,000 and 20,399.99 points, earn the Silver Magnolia title and get a 15% effectiveness level
  • Generate between 20,400 and 29,999.99 points, earn the Silver Magnolia title and get an 18% effectiveness level
  • Generate 30,000 or more points, earn the Golden Magnolia title and get a 21% effectiveness level

The percentage for the effectiveness level that you receive is used to pay commissions generated on purchases made by affiliates that you’ve personally recruited into FM World.

Additionally, reaching between a 9% and 15% effectiveness level will then allow you to earn commissions on another level of affiliate recruitment.

How Do I Join FM World?

Conclusion for FM World

The super vague descriptions of the offered products and lack of retail pricing will likely deter any potential customers in a heartbeat, but that’s okay because FM World only cares about its products being purchased by affiliates.

Affiliates generating points by buying FM World’s items is the main goal here, and this is evident all throughout the FM World website and comp plan —

“(Points are) assigned to a Business Partner for purchasing the Products. The number of Points is reset each Month and collected again.”

While affiliates do have the option of reselling those products to retail customers, points are only generated when said products are purchased by affiliates.
