Exactly what is Genusity?

Taking a look through Genusity’s website, it doesn’t take long to see that the company is being operated out of North Carolina in the United States. There’s a marketing video on the site as well, and in the video, it’s mentioned that Randy Thomas and Tim Sebert are Genusity’s two co-founders.

In one part of this video, Sebert says that he has “been in the network marketing industry now going on forty-one years this October.”

As for Thomas, he reports to have been “in the network marketing industry for over twenty-six years.”

After looking through both Sebert and Thomas’s MLM histories, it would appear that the two biggest companies each man has previously been a part of include Skinny Body Care and Global Domains International.

A couple years ago in 2015, both Sebert and Thomas became affiliates for HopRocket, and then in 2016, they got together to launch a pyramid scheme by the name of 10x Recruiter.

You can still access the website for 10x Recruiter, but looking at Alexa rankings for its site traffic, it would appear that the company collapsed quite some time ago.

Genusity Scam

Are There Any Genusity Products?

On Genusity’s website, a section of copy reads as follows:

“Traditional Advertising Is Dead! Stop Wasting Your Money!

No one reads the Newspaper these days. People don’t watch cable, they watch Netflix and Hulu! Radio ads are never heard anymore. Banners and Billboards are too expensive!

At Genusity, We Have The Solution!”

What is that solution, you ask?

According to Genusity, it has to do with Bluetooth-powered beacons. Customers buy these beacons and “place their messages and websites in front of everyone with an Android cell phone (with Bluetooth enabled) with their radius.”

there are quite a few different different beacons that can be purchased, including a wearable one that looks like a fitness tracker and a host of standalone gadgets with various range and features.

Retail pricing is available for most of the products, including an upfront cost that’s then followed by a monthly fee.

While you can choose to buy the beacons individually, there’s also the option to buy Genusity’s Mega Pack that costs $198 upfront and then $99 each month following that.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Genusity?

As for Genusity’s compensation plan, affiliates are able to earn commissions when they sell Genusity’s products to both retail customers and other affiliates.

Commissions are paid both directly and residually to affiliates, with a unilevel system being used to handle all of these payments.

Selling more expensive plans to affiliates or retail customers allows you to earn a larger commission, in addition to recruiting as many people as can be so that you can build up your downline to a greater extent.

Furthermore, both retail sales and affiliate sales count towards your rank progression as long as retail customers pay their monthly subscription fee and affiliates pay their monthly membership fee.

What Is The Fee To Join Genusity?

If you’re at all interested in joining Genusity, you’ll need to pay a monthly membership fee of $15/month.

Is Genusity Truly A Scam?

If you’ve been doing your research on Genusity, you may have heard from some people that it’s a scam, and from other’s that it’s totally legit.

After reading my review, you might not be sure for yourself.

So, what’s really going on here?

Is Genusity a scam, or can you make a legit business with it?

To be honest, I am not sure Genusity is a complete scam.

However, I did find a few things to be aware of before you join, which will help you to be successful if you join.

Read Here For My Genusity Conclusion!

Genusity isn’t the first MLM opportunity to launch with the product offering of Bluetooth beacons, and in all the years that they’ve been a thing, I haven’t seen any change or progression in the products being sold.

If you aren’t familiar with what Bluetooth beacons are, they essentially send spam notifications to an Android device when Bluetooth functionality is enabled on it. As such, you can send notifications with ads for your business or product to people that come within range of your beacon.

Along with the spammy nature of it, there’s also the fact that most people tend to keep Bluetooth turned off in an effort to conserve battery life. And, when you do turn on Bluetooth, it’s usually connected to another device of yours.

As such, the effectiveness of these beacons is pretty weak.

In regards to Genusity’s compensation plan, there does seem to be a focus on retail sales. This is always encouraging to see, but with other Bluetooth beacons available for much less money from other retailers, the reasons to buy what Genusity is selling become fewer and fewer.

So, while there is a chance for a legit opportunity here with active retail sales, most people’s time and money will likely be spent better elsewhere.

I hope you have gained a lot of value from my Genusity Review.

I have found other reviews are scant on details, so I wanted to make sure you had everything you need here.

If you do decide to move forward with Genusity, I think the info I have given here will help you.
