What Is Giftobit Exactly?

After reviewing numerous companies in the realm of multi-level marketing, we’ve been able to pick out some of the most notable trends that take place within these companies. Some of these trends are beneficial, and others are ones that we would like to see die off sooner rather than later.

When looking at Giftobit, there’s a very prominent trend taking place within the company, and it comes in the form of the company’s overall lack of background information. This might seem like a small thing to focus on in the grand scheme of things, but it’s actually one of the most important aspects to keep an eye on when conducting such a review.

As with any other multi-level marketing company, Giftobit is requiring their affiliates to invest some amount of money in order to start making money as a member for the company. That’s a perfectly fine business practice on its own merit, but it should absolutely be backed up with readily available information in regards to who is behind the company and where it’s located.

This sort of background info helps to create an overall image of a company, and allows for a nice sense of credibility. So, when this sort of information is withheld, we’re met with a bit of a problem.

Giftobit’s website doesn’t offer any information at all in regards to who owns the company, who’s running it, when it was founded, or where it is located. None of this info can be found anywhere at all on the site, so we’re pretty much dealing with as faceless of a company as they come.

If we take a gander at the actual domain name for Giftobit’s website, can see that it was first registered on June 20th of 2016. However, since the registration is currently set to a private state, we are unable to draw any further information from it. When registrations aren’t set to be private, we can see who was behind the registration and where it took place. Unfortunately, none of that information is available in the case of Giftobit.

And really, that’s about all we have in regards to the company’s background information. Even if companies don’t list names of founders or owners on the official website, this info can sometimes be found perusing through the Internet and various social networking sites. We did all of that, and we were still unable to come up with anything on Giftobit.

So, without any further ado, here’s just what Giftobit has to bring to the table.

Giftobit Scam

What Will I Be Selling With Giftobit?

Product lines are incredibly important for all companies out there, but in the case of Giftobit, the company doesn’t have one at all. With no products or services for sale, the company is unable to allow retail sales to take place. With this being the case, there’s no chance at all for retail money to make its way into the company.

Despite not having a product line, Giftobit does allow their affiliates to purchase matrix positions into the company if they want to start earning money through the MLM side of this whole deal. The matrix positions run 0.05 BTC a pop, and each position comes included with access to what’s being called an “Online Education Program.”

There’s not a lot of information about this program, other than the fact that Giftobit claims it will “teach you about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.”

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan For Giftobit?

If we take a look at the compensation plan that Giftobit is using, we can see that those 0.05 BTC matrix positions secure an affiliate a spot within the two-tier 5 x 3 matrix that Giftobit is running.

In addition to directly purchasing a position, this can also be secured when an affiliate is able to recruit 5 other individuals to sign up as affiliates and invest 0.05 BTC themselves.

On top of this, every 5 affiliates that someone is able to personally recruit then generates another 0.05 BTC position within the company’s matrix cycler.

Positions for the matrix are filled out in the following manners through both direct and indirect recruitment, and the 5 x 3 matrix isn’t complete until all 155 positions are filled.

However, since there are two different tiers for this matrix, there are two different plans that take place within the compensation plan.

Plan A Matrix (Tier 1)

Affiliates who are at the level 1 spot have to pay for positions that cost 0.05 BTC. In return, they stand to earn 0.05 BTC from 5 other affiliates within the company.

Affiliates who are at the level 2 spot have to pay for positions that cost 0.1 BTC. In return, they stand to earn 0.1 BTC from 25 other affiliates. On top of this, they will also earn 6 additional level 1 positions.

Affiliates who are at the level 3 spot pay 0.2 BTC for matrix positions. In return, they’ll earn 0.2 BTC from 125 other affiliates.

Plan B Matrix (Tier 2)

Level 1 affiliates in the second tier of the matrix pay a fee of 1 BTC for positions, and then earn 0.5 BTC from 5 affiliates.

Affiliates who see themselves at the level 2 spot pay for positions that cost 1.5 BTC. In turn, they are able to receive 1 BTC from 25 affiliates and 2 more spots that are in the level 1 position.

Those who find themselves at the level 3 spot are required to pay 3 BTC for positions. As a result of this, they’ll be eligible to get 0.2 BTC from 125 affiliates within their matrix.

What’s The Membership Fee For Giftobit?

If you’d like to become an affiliate for Giftobit, the membership itself is initially free. If you want to start earning cash though, you’ll need to get at least one position within the matrix system in order to be eligible for the MLM opportunity.

This position can be bought for 0.05 BTC, or it can be yours if you’re able to recruit 5 other people to sign up as affiliates and invest 0.05 BTC each.

My Conclusion For Giftobit

Giftobit is a pretty classic cash gifting scheme, but in this case, the cash is replaced by bitcoin.

Affiliates pay each other bitcoin back and forth, and everything is organized through a two-tier matrix system.

However, whenever a withdrawal request is made by an affiliate, Bitcoin takes 25% of the funds that an affiliate is trying to get. Even for a company that’s as shady as Giftobit, that’s still a pretty large amount.

And, along with that, there’s a bunch of other stuff going on with Giftobit that make it something you should probably stay away from.

The “online education platform” has nothing at all to do with the MLM opportunity that the company is offering, and is more than likely just a way to take eyes off of the cash gifting scheme that’s taking place.

There’s hardly any background info at all for the company, and because of the way that the matrix system is setup, Giftobit is pretty much destining themselves for failure.

The minute that recruitment levels die down, the matrix will begin to break up and collapse. Once this takes place, so too will Giftobit as a whole, and whoever is behind will make off with whatever money they were able to snatch during their time of operation.

I sure hope you have found all the information in this Giftobit Review helpful.

Some reviews may be biased or trying to sell you something else, so I wanted you to have all the details from someone not affiliate with Giftobit.
