What The Heck Is IGOFX?

Overall, the website for IGOFX doesn’t offer much info at all when it comes to concrete background data on the company.

After searching around for information on who owns IGOFX, who originally founded it, when/where it was created, etc., I came un empty-handed.

All of this is information that you should come to expect from the website of any potential business opportunity, so its absence here is very troubling to say the least.

Moving on from this, I was able to see that the domain name for the website (igofx.com) was originally registered back on August 13, 2012. However, the domain was recently updated last month on February 16, 2017.

Unfortunately, due to the private nature of the domain name registration, there’s no way of knowing where it took place or who the owner is.

Looking more closely into IGOFX, the company is listed as a “dealer is securities” under the name of “IGO Global Limited” over in Vanuatu. After a bit more digging though, I discovered that IGOFX used the services of a shell company in order to officially register with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.

Even more peculiar is the fact that a whopping 55% of all traffic that heads to the IGOFX website comes out of Malaysia. This is a country that’s proven to be somewhat of a breeding ground for MLM underbelly schemes, and it wouldn’t be all that surprising if this turned out to be the case for IGOFX.

What Can You Tell Me About The IGOFX Products?

In regards to the product line that IGOFX is bringing to the table, there’s not a whole lot to see here at all.

IGOFX follows in the footsteps of lots of other MLM startups that have been hitting the scene as of late, and this is to say that there aren’t any goods or services being marketed or sold to retail customers.

Affiliates for IGOFX have nothing more than the affiliate membership to try and sell to folks that are interested in it, and this also means that there is a total lack of any retail sales activity — something that is crucial for any legitimate MLM opportunity.

What Can You Tell Me About The IGOFX Compensation Plan?

If you want to make money with IGOFX, you’ll need to invest at least $100 into the company in order to secure an ROI that pays on a monthly basis. The value of this ROI is marketed to be anywhere from 10% up to as much as 30%, and there’s also a 5% residual commission that’s offered based on funds that are invested through your own personally recruited members.

Looking more closely at those residual commissions, IGOFX reserves 10% of all ROI payments for the residual side of the compensation plan.,

Residual commission get handed out to affiliates via a unilevel payment system, with level 1 earning 5%, level 2 offering 3%, and affiliates at levels 3 and 4 paying out a residual commission of just 1%.

Are There Membership Fees For IGOFX?

If you’d like to become a member for the IGOFX affiliate program, you’ll need to make an investment of at least $100.

However, if you decide to invest more and more, you’ll potentially be able to earn a greater ROI.

Is IGOFX A Scam?

If you’ve come across a review that says IGOFX is a scam while researching, I wouldn’t be surprised.

A lot of marketers will tell you something is a scam just so they can sell you something else.

So, can you trust those other reviews?

What is the truth about IGOFX? Is it really a scam, or is it legit?

I would say no, not exactly. However, there are a few things in the business you should be aware of – read on to the conclusion to find out what they are.

What’s your Conclusion About IGOFX?

Forex schemes that are based out of Malaysia aren’t uncommon at all, and right along the lines of VenusFX and FX United that came before it, IGOFX is pretty much a copy of what we’ve seen before with these sort of setups.

The IGOFX website is littered with nonsensical information about its forex trading system, and affiliates are asked to invest so much money in order to have access to a passive ROI that’s being offered to them.

However, with the only identifiable source of income being that of affiliate investments, newly invested funds are used to pay off ROIs and commissions that are owed to existing affiliates.

If you’ve spent any amount of time following the world of MLM, then you’re well aware that this is something we like to refer to as a Ponzi scheme.

Only the anonymous admin(s) behind IGOFX will earn anything of real value, and because of th company’s structure, most people will likely end up losing out.

As such, your best bet is to steer clear of this one.

I hope that you are able to use my research in my IGOFX Review to make a decision.
