The website for Jolly 5x Pander (jolly5xpander-junior.com) was registered on the 7th December, 2016 under a veil of secrecy, with all registration details being set to private and no information on the website at all about who owns or runs the company. A facebook group has been set up to promote the scheme, with six admins associated with it; Milos Balaban, Mirko Stijakovic, Ram Seo, Bosko-Toni Cvetanovski, Ricardo Vitaminas Seixas and Dijana Burivoda- although it is unclear if any of these are actually running things.

Companies that are asking for your investment should always been transparent about their operations so you can make an informed decision about whether they are worth your time or not. Any MLM opportunity that is not forthcoming with this information should be approached carefully, because this lack of information severely limits the amount of research that can be conducted into the legitimacy of what is being offered.

What Kind Of Compensation Plan Does Jolly 5x Pander Have?

The plan on offer from Jolly 5x Pander requires affiliates to take positions in various matrix structures. They will then receive commission for getting other people to purchase their own positions.

Jolly 5x Pander uses five matrices in its scheme, a 5×3, 5×4, 5×5, 5×6 and 5×7. Each of these are formed in a similar way so we’ll look at how a 5×4 structure is created:

  • You, as the initial affiliate, will be placed in a position at the top of the structure
  • Directly beneath you a further 5 positions will be created. This forms Level 1 (which holds 5 positions)
  • Level 2 is formed by creating 5 more positions beneath each of those on Level 1 (to hold 25 positions)
  • Again, 5 positions are created beneath each of those on Level 2 to form Level 3 (which holds 125 positions)
  • Level 4 is created in the same way with 5 positions beneath each of those on Level 3 (with 625 positions)
  • A 5×4 matrix holds 780 positions in total, all of which are filled by direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. The 5×3, 5×5, 5×6 and 5×7 matrices are formed in the same way to their respective number of levels.

Affiliates receive a commission relating to the positions being purchased within the matrix. They are as follows:

  • Positions in the 5×3 matrix cost $25. Affiliates receive 40% commission of purchases on level 1, 30% commission of purchases on level 2 and 10% commission of purchases on level 3
  • Positions in the 5×4 matrix cost $30. Affiliates receive 40% commission of purchases on level 1, 30% commission of purchases on level 2, 10% of purchases on level 3 and 2% of purchases on level 4
  • Positions in the 5×5 matrix cost $80. Affiliates receive 40% of level 1, 30% of level 2, 10% of level 3 and 2% of levels 4 and 5
  • Positions in the 5×6 matrix cost $200. Affiliates receive 40% of level 1, 30% of level 2, 10% of level 3 and 2% of levels 4,5 and 6
  • Positions in the 5×7 matrix cost $600. Affiliates receive 40% of level 1, 30& of level 2, 10% of level3, 2% of levels 4,5,6, and 1% of level 7

Conclusion for Jolly 5x Pander

The structure being offered here is nothing more than a pyramid scheme. Affiliates are investing in positions within the company with an expected return that comes from the future investment of existing or newer affiliates with the company. Recruitment is particularly encouraged because of the higher levels of commission being payable on positions purchased on the first level, so affiliates looking to do well from the scheme will need to get out there and bring in as many new people as possible. With no other source of revenue to supplement these payments, the entire system relies on the continued purchasing of positions, and this is where the company will ultimately fail just like all other pyramid schemes.

The numbers get quite tricky even by looking at one matrix in itself. Say you were to take a position in the 5×7 matrix for $600. To earn back the full amount possible from the matrix would require a further 97,655 positions to be purchased for the same amount. In turn, each affiliate who purchased one of these positions would need a further 97,655 positions to be purchased for them to see the full return.

There clearly aren’t enough people in the world to sustain these kind of numbers, so a vast number that are sold will be to affiliates taking up multiple positions within different matrices. This is good from the perspective of the company keeping things going and affiliates receiving commission payments, but will only compound the problems when they begin. Quite soon, Jolly 5x Pander will see a slowdown in the recruitment of new members. This will, in turn, reduce the amount of commission being earned by each affiliate and make it more difficult for them to break even, let alone making a profit. When affiliates start to notice this happening, they will be far less likely to buy extra positions, which will further reduce the amount of commission that others are earning and create a snowball effect. The company will then collapse, with anyone that hasn’t already made a return on their investments losing out. This is a position that, statistically, the vast majority of affiliates will find themselves in without any chance of recouping their losses. The admins, of course, will have taken most of the money (everything that isn’t being paid out as commission) and do very nicely from the situation.

However potentially beneficial the plan being offered by Jolly 5x Pander may look, it will fall foul of the same difficulties that all pyramid schemes face and simply is not a viable investment opportunity at all. Couple this with the fact the owners are being so secretive about themselves, and it becomes clear that they know exactly what they are doing and are trying to make a quick buck at the cost of all the company affiliates.
