What The Heck Is LitUpp?

According to its website, LitUpp exists within the niche of personal development in the MLM landscape an is reportedly “located in the heart of London.”

Kjenneth Holm is the Founder and CEO for LitUpp, and his personal Twitter profile reveals that he is currently located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I located a Facebook page for LitUpp that’s titled as “LitUpp Development A/S”, and this also reveals a location in Copenhagen, Denmark. Furthermore, Holm’s Instagram profile shows that he is the founder for LitUpp Development A/S.

It’s still not 100% certain as to whether or not LitUpp itself is being run out of the United Kingdom or Denmark, but this does at least appear to be where its management team is located.

On other parts of the Internet that aren’t tied into LitUpp, Holm is described as being both a speaker and entrepreneur.

The LitUpp website interestingly enough doesn’t offer any specific details on Holm’s past professional life, and likely due to language barriers between me and the company, I wasn’t able to find any additional info on Holm outside of LitUpp.

In any case, the lack of readily available info for Holm and the rest of the executives for LitUpp does a raise some speculation regarding their credibility and experience in the personal development and MLM fields.

What Are The LitUpp Products?

When it comes to LitUpp’s product line, the company’s flagship offering is a personal development course that is simply titled “Wealth.”

Wealth is written by Marcus De Maria, and the course contains for than 4 hours of video content that’s spread out between 43 videos.

All of these videos are sectioned off into their own categories, and those include the following:

  • What’s holding you back? — 14 videos
  • What is money? — 6 videos
  • Your financial vision and purpose — 7 videos
  • Plan for wealth — 3 videos
  • Financial concepts — 8 videos
  • Your team — 5 videos

Marcus De Maria appears to be located in Norway, and from what I can tell, he’s a relatively popular/well-known public speaker.

LitUpp’s Wealth development courses costs 197 EUR.

People and Mindfulness are the other two courses that will be offered by LitUpp, but the company’s website currently says that these are simply “coming this summer…”

What About The Compensation Plan For LitUpp?

As for LitUpp’s compensation plan, affiliates for the company are compensated to sell these development courses to retail customers.

Affiliates are required to generate a minimum of 100 PV every single month in retail sales in order to qualify for the offered commissions, and the amount that’s earned from these sales is dependent on how much PV is generated in a month’s time.

  • Affiliates that generated between 100 and 199 retail PV earn 5%
  • Affiliates that generate between 200 and 399 retail PV earn 10%
  • Affiliates that generate between 400 and 599 retail PV earn 15%
  • Affiliates that generate between 600 and 999 retail PV earn 25%
  • Affiliates that generate 1000 or more retail PV earn 30%

LitUpp also offers residual commissions that are paid via a unilevel structure down to four levels deep of recruitment.

In order to qualify for these commissions, affiliates must be “active” within the company.

To obtain this “active” status, affiliates must generate 200 PV or more every single month.

What’s The Cost Of Joining LitUpp?

If you’re interested in what LitUpp has to offer and what to give it a try, you’ll need to pay an upfront cost of 197 EUR, followed by 19.70 EUR/month.

So, Is There A LitUpp Scam Going On?

Finally, My LitUpp Review And Conclusion!

To summarize everything that’s on the table here, let’s first look at LitUpp’s product offering.

The personal development courses likely have helpful information throughout them, but trying to convince people that they should pay 197 EUR in order to have access to them will likely be a challenging uphill battle.

The speakers that are featured throughout these courses do have legit past experience and knowledge in the fields they’re talking about, but even so, most people likely aren’t going to be immediately familiar with you they are.

Looking at the compensation plan, this is also going to be a struggle.

Retail customers that do choose to purchase the development courses will need to pya a one-time fee in order to access them, and because of this, affiliates are going to have to find new customers every single month in order top meet the PV requirements for commissions.

My guess is that selling one course for $197 works out to around 200 PV, and assuming that this is the case, you’ll need one new customer every month to earn the bare minimum that’s available to earn, If you really want to start progressing through the ranks to maximize your earning potential, you’ll need to sell multiple courses to customers every single month.

This is going to be a real struggle for most people, and even if you can sell a couple courses during your first month or so, that’s going to be come increasingly more difficult as time goes on.

LitUpp is perfectly legit from a business/MLM point of view, but it unfortunately won’t present you with the best possible income opportunity.
