What Is The Mining Max Opportunity?

On the Mining Max website, you’ll find that there isn’t any information at all in regards to who owns the company, where it’s physically based out of, or when it was initially founded.

The domain name for the site ( was registered on September 1, 2016, but since this registration was done privately, there’s no way for me to tell who the owner of the domain is or where in the world the registration took place.

Despite these two roadblocks, I was able to find a marketing video for Mining Max titled, “Mining Max Introduction.” The video was uploaded to the Mining Max YouTube channel on April 6, 2017, and in the video it’s aid that Daniel Park is the company’s Founder and Chairman.

Unfortunately, no other information is given on Daniel Park outside of his two titles within Mining Max.

Mining Max’s website does provided an incorporation number within Nevada in the United States, but the address used for this registration is actually a California address.

This makes it unclear as to whether or not Mining Max truthfully exists in the United States, and while it very well could, there’s also the possibility that it’s just using the US location for its namesake.

To determine this, we need to dive a bit deeper in the Mining Max website.

Official languages that the site supports include Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English. Of all these languages, Korean is the most prominent one.

Similarly, Alexa rankings show that more than 66% of all traffic Mining Max’s website receives comes from South Korea.

To further Mining Max’s Korean-connections, another marketing video for the company reveals that Mining Max uses some sort of, “internet data center” that’s located in Seoul, South Korea.

What Can You Tell Me About The Mining Max Products?

In regards to a product line, Mining Max doesn’t have a single thing to offer.

There aren’t any goods or services being sold to retail customers, and as such, affiliates for the company can only seek out other people to recruit into the income opportunity.

This sort of setup means that you won’t find any retail sales activity within Mining Max, and in the world of MLM, that’s never something you should want to see.

What Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan?

Speaking of Mining Max’s income opportunity, affiliates for the company are asked to invest a whopping $3200 so they can then earn a daily ROI that they have access to for a two-year period.

Referral commissions are also offered in the form of $200 for every $3200 that a personally recruited affiliate of yours invests.

Residual Commissions

Moving over to residual commissions, Mining Max pays these out through the use of a binary system.

Positions within the binary can be filled through either direct or indirect recruitment, and at the end of every day, Mining Max adds up how many investments were made by tracking investment activity on either side of said binary.

Affiliates can earn $140 for every $3200 investment that is matched on both sides of the setup, and the amount that you can earn through these residual commissions is based on how much you personally invest into Mining Max:

  • Affiliates who invest $3200 have a daily earnings cap of $500
  • Affiliates who invest $9600 have a daily earnings cap of $1500
  • Affiliates who invest $16,000 have a daily earnings cap of $3000
  • Affiliates who invest $22,400 have a daily earnings cap of $5000
  • Affiliates who invest $32,000 or more have a daily earnings cap of $10,000

What Will It Cost To Join Mining Max

If you would like to join Mining Max, you’ll need to invest a bare minimum of $3200 every two years.

In order to have full participation with everything that Mining Max’s comp plan has to offer, you’ll need to bump up that investment to as much as $96,000.

My Mining Max Review Conclusion

Mining Max claims that it is capable of generating funds for its offered ROI through some sort of mining activity, but as you might be able to guess at this point, there’s no solid evidence that any such thing is truthfully taking place.

The only money that’s clearly coming into Mining Max is that of affiliate investments, and with invested funds being used to pay ROIs owed to other affiliates, Mining Max quickly turns into your typical Ponzi scheme.

As if this wasn’t bad enough, there’s also the issue of Mining Max offering securities to people in the United States. This sort of activity requires a company to be registered with the SEC, and I didn’t find a single listing for Mining Max throughout the SEC’s Edgar database.

So, in addition to Mining Max being a Ponzi scheme, it is also offering illegal securities to US citizens.

As such, Mining Max is looking at one of two things.

One, the SEC will catch wind of what’s taking place here and shut down the company in the blink of an eye.

Two, affiliate investment activity will die down and Mining Max will run out of money.

In either case, you’ll more than likely end up losing money if you decide to get involved with Mining Max, so my advise is to avoid this one at all costs and look for something else to spend your time and money with.

Hopefully, you have found my Mining Max Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other review of Mining Max which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.
