The Perfect Solution – What Is It??

The Perfect Solution has been making quite a fuss in the MLM industry as of late, and with that being the case, I decided that now would be the perfect time to do a full review of the company to see just what it is that it has to offer.

Looking at the official website for The Perfect Solution, it’s made evident right away that the company refers to itself as “TPS & Partners Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong based corporation.”

The website for The Perfect Solution indicates that its General Managers include Daniel Young and Mark Lee who are both based out of China, in addition to Garry Regier Jr. who is located in the United States.

Both Yeung and Regier appear to have past experience and involvement in the world of MLM, and Lee looks to have a bit of experience in the world of e-commerce throughout China.

On his corporate bio that’s present on the official website for The Perfect Solution, it’s stated that Daniel Yeung has “20+ years in direct sales with over 50,000 team members.”

I tried looking more into Yeung’s history outside of the TPS website, but likely as a result of language barriers between the United States and China, I was unable to find any other data on the man.

Along with him, Garry Regier also has a pretty lofty bio on the TPS website. His own LinkedIn profile claims that he is a “Corporate Sales Trainer” for a company by the name of Zhunrize, and he is also apparently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Perfect Solution.

For those who aren’t familiar with Zhunrize, the company was shut down by the SEC in late 2014 for its Ponzi scheme nature.

Regier also has a personal blog that he frequently updates, and on it, he can be seen doing quite a bit of promoting for another company that’s called My Lead System Pro. This entity operates int he field of affiliate marketing, and as per Regier’s bio on the TPS website, he is –

“instrumental in identifying right resources in building the cross boarder ecommerce site ( and manage and train the staff and product suppliers for the successful running and operation of the ecommerce site.”

I tried visiting the website, but at the time of this writing, it is currently unresponsive.

The Product Line For The Perfect Solution

On the product line side of things, The Perfect Solution doesn’t have any goods or services that is is created and selling on its own.

Instead, TPS has created an online store through which products are listed by three other e-commerce platforms. In other words, The Perfect Solution is running an online store that allows you to buy third-party products from third-party e-commerce platforms.

There are a heap of products being offered here, with some of the main categories including the likes of nutritional products, apparel and shoes, perfume, jewelry, electronics, home and garden items, skincare products, and a ton more.

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan?

On the money-making side of things, affiliates for The Perfect Solution can earn cash through both retail sales commissions through the e-commerce storefront in addition to recruiting other people to join the company’s affiliate program.

The Perfect Solution Affiliate Ranks

Like many other MLM opportunities, The Perfect Solution has a heap of ranks offered to affiliates that are available for them to work towards and progress through.

There are six total ranks up for grabs, with higher ranks allowing for a greater earnings potential.

Each rank requires that you have at least three active affiliates that you’ve recruited to join the company, but as you get your own recruits to progress higher and higher throughout the ranks, you’ll progress through them as well.

Store Commissions

Getting into commissions, affiliates can earn cash when sales take place on the TPS online store.

Affiliates are paid a commission of 20% for all of the profit margin on products sold through their own replicated version of the TPS website.

Each affiliate gets access to their own unique version of the e-commerce storefront, and when customers decided to order products through their site, affiliates then earn a 20% commission.

As an example, if a product with a wholesale price sells for a retail price of $6, the profit margin is $1. However, the affiliate would earn just 20% of this profit margin, meaning that the commission would work out to only 20 cents.

The Perfect Solution also allows affiliates to earn residual commission through these store sales, and having higher ranks here will allow you to earn more and more off of these.

Residual Recruitment Commissions

In addition to earning money through the store sales, affiliates can also get paid by recruiting more and more people to join the affiliate program that’s being run by TPS.

A 2 x 25 matrix is used to organize affiliate recruitment, and this form of matrix is able to house a total of sixty-nine million affiliate positions.

These positions are filled through both direct and indirect recruitment methods, and the amount of money paid out to affiliates as they recruit others to join is dependent on the rank that the recruiting affiliate possesses.

How Do I Join The Perfect Solution?

If this sounds like a good deal to you for whatever reason, there are a few different options made available if you’d like to join The Perfect Solution as an affiliate.

You can choose to join the company for free, but if you want to increase your overall earning potential, you’ll need to buy into one of the following packs –

  • Silver Pack – Upfront cost of $500 and then $20/month after that
  • Gold Pack – Upfront cost of $1500 and then $40/month after that
  • Diamond Pack – Upfront cost of $2500 and then $60/month after that

Conclusion for The Perfect Solution

If you were at all familiar with Zhunrize, then you’ll have noticed by now that The Perfect Solution is running a business model that’s nearly identical to the one that was previously being used by the former company.

Both sites offer a e-commerce platform through which third-party products are sold, and seeing as how affiliates are heavily incentivized to recruit more and more people to join the company, both operate as a pyramid scheme.

One aspect where The Perfect Solution does make a good move is with the fact that retail customers can’t immediately decided to join the company as an affiliate, as they must have spent $25 during the prior month in order to be eligible to do this.

Despite this one good move though, TPS is still more heavily reliant on the likes of pyramid recruitment and a heavy presence of pay to play with the plans and increased earning potential that they offer.

If TPS has an incredibly solid presence of retail sales that outweighs the amount of chain recruitment that’s taking place, then we could potentially be looking at a legitimate opportunity. However, because of the way that the compensation plan is laid out, this is incredibly unlikely.

The majority of activity taking place here likely has to do with recruitment, and if that’s the case, this isn’t an opportunity you’ll want anything to do with.
