What The Heck Is Phoenix Trade?

The latest company up for our full review today is that of Phoenix Trade, and right off the bat we aren’t meant with the most promising information – or should we say the lack thereof.

We say that because Phoenix Trade has fallen to the trend that we’ve seen so many other new MLM startups fall accustomed to in regards to not offering any background information about themselves at all on their official company website.

This might not sound like that big of a deal, but it really does create for some serious concern. There’s no reason at all for an MLM company (or any company for that matter) to not provide information on their site in regards to where their business is operated out of, who founded it, and who is in charge of the day-to-day operations. This is simply a good business practice, but as we’ve been seeing with more and more companies, this is something that a lot of them out there are choosing to omit.

This trend is most notable with MLM opportunities that are truthfully operating as nothing more than schemes, so that does lead us to believe that something like that could be taking place with Phoenix Trade. It’s still too early in this review to draw any final conclusions like that, but we wouldn’t be surprised if that did turn out to be the case for them.

Moving on, the domain registration for their website was just registered on July 22nd of this year – 2016 – and the owner of said domain is listed to be that of a Xie Chzhang. There’s an address for the domain that’s listed to be somewhere in Beijing, China, but that’s about all we were able to find in regards to background information on Phoenix Trade.

We’re assuming that the company is based out of Beijing, but more than likely due to language barriers, we were unable to find any background information on Chzhang.

So, with all of that said, here’s a closer look at just what Phoenix Trade has to bring to the table.

Phoenix Trade Scam

What Are The Phoenix Trade Products?

In regards to the product line that the company has to offer, there really isn’t a lot to talk about at all. We say this because Phoenix Trade doesn’t have a product line to speak of at all, and that really isn’t a good thing at all.

There’s no denying that product lines can prove to be a bit costly and frustrating to setup for a new company, but there’s also no denying just how critically important they are to the overall success of a company. Product lines allow for retail sales to take place, but when you don’t have a product line, you don’t have retail sales. When you don’t have retail sales, you don’t have a steady stream of income coming in because you aren’t selling anything at all.

This is something that’s most frequently seen with Ponzi schemes, as they often rely on the fees and investments of their new affiliates to pay off commissions and such that they owe to existing affiliates. This is more than likely what’s taking place inside of Phoenix Trade, but we won’t know for sure until we take a look at the way their compensation plan is setup.

What About The Compensation Plan For Phoenix Trade?

When looking at the Phoenix Trade compensation plan, we’re met with a system in which affiliates set out to invest so much money into the company in return for a return on their investment.

The minimum amount of cash that an affiliate needs to invest into Phoenix Trade is $309, but that amount can grow to as much as $5059. Affiliates are told that they’ll be able to earn a monthly ROI as a result of their investment, and the value of those ROIs range between 15%, 18%, 21%, and 26%.

In addition to these direct ROIs, affiliates are also able to earn a referral commission of 7% based on the funds that are invested into the company by a new affiliate that they recruit.

Residual Commissions

Affiliates for Phoenix Trade are also able to earn money through residual commissions.

These residual commissions are organized and paid out through that of a binary system, and positions in this binary system are filled when affiliates for the company invest new funds into it.

Each time that an affiliate invests money into Phoenix Trade, a certain amount of points is dumped into the binary system. The amount of points that are generated depends on how much money is invested, and the investment levels work out in the following manner –

  • Invest $309 and 100 points are generated.
  • Invest $809 and 400 points are generated.
  • Invest $1559 and 1000 points are generated.
  • Invest $5059 and 4000 points are generated.

Similarly, the more money that an affiliate chooses to invest, the higher of a percentage they’ll be eligible to receive from these residual commissions. These commissions start out at a meager 3%, but can be as much as 20% if you’re willing to throw down a healthy amount of cash into Phoenix Trade ($5059 to be exact).

What’s The Cost Of Joining Phoenix Trade?

If you’re interested at all in becoming an affiliate for Phoenix Trade, you’ll need to pay $59 in order to start earning commissions. However, at this level, you’ll only be eligible to earn referral and residual commission through the binary system that we just talked about.

In order to get fully involved with what Phoenix Trade has to offer, you’ll be required to invest in one of the following packs listed below –

  • Start Pack for $309
  • Optim Pack for $809
  • Profi Pack for $1559
  • Elit Pack for $5059

Keep in mind that opting for one of the higher packs will result in you being eligible to earn the most money as an affiliate for the company.

And from what you have read, you may also wonder if this is legit or a complete scam.

So, what’s the truth?
Is there a Phoenix Trade scam going on or is this legit?

Finally, My Phoenix Trade Review And Conclusion!

With everything said, it doesn’t take long to see that Phoenix Trade is nothing more than yet another Ponzi scheme.

The ROIs that are being advertised are simply unrealistic, and with no product line and no retail sales taking place, the company is using the investments from new affiliates to pay off the ROIs that they owe to existing ones.

Phoenix Trade is trying to sell the legitimacy of Phoenix Trade off of the idea of cryptocurrency trading, but that simply isn’t the reality of the matter here.

As with all other Ponzi schemes, Phoenix Trade will run into major problems once investment levels dip. When this happens, the company will be unable to pay off the existing affiliates that they owe, and Phoenix Trade will eventually be forced to shut down.

At that point in time, the majority of people who get involved with the company will end up losing out.

Hopefully, you have found my Phoenix Trade Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other review of Phoenix Trade which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.
