What The Heck Is The PLR System V2?

Todays’ review focuses on The PLR System, and similar to many other companies in the realm of multi-level marketing, The PLR System recently launched a 2.0 version of the company.

Opportunities and businesses that operate in the multi-level marketing world frequently launch updated versions of themselves in an effort to revamp various features or fix things that went seriously wrong with the first iteration of the company.

In the case of The PLR System, the company’s original compensation plan was actually quite simple.

Affiliates for the company were encouraged to invest $25 into the company, and they were told that they would earn a return on that investment of $100. In addition to this, affiliates could also invest an amount of $50 and earn an ROI that was valued at $200.

Although this compensation plan might seem a bit too optimistic, it was at least easy and simple to understand how everything worked.

When it came time for payments to be made, affiliates were paid directly by The PLR System. Unfortunately, the company was operating as both a Ponzi and cash gifting scheme. Having one of these elements in your company is bad on its own, but utilizing both at the same time creates for immediate trouble.

The PLR System first launched back in the tail end of 2015, and according to reports that have been conducted by Alexa, the original iteration of The PLR System looks to have collapsed and shut downs since then.

A man by the name of Johnny Gan is the owner and founder of The PLR System, and on August 25th, 2016, Gan took to Facebook and said “The PLR System v2 will officially launch at 11PM EST.”

With a fresh reboot at hand, did Gan fix what was wrong with the original PLR System and turn it into something legitimate? Or, is this simply another attempt at snagging cash from hopeful investors? In order to answer these questions, we need to take a closer look at The PLR System V2.

What Are The The PLR System V2 Products?

When an affiliate signs up for the affiliate program that The PLR System V2 runs, they gain immediate access to Private Label Rights eBooks, customer banners, videos, and even advertising credits.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to determine that actual validity or substance of these included goodies.

And even more so, they’re nothing more than that.

These items are tied exclusively to an affiliate membership with The PLR System V2, and as a result of that, they cannot be marketed or sold to customers on a retail basis. Because of this, there’s no chance for retail sales to take place.

As a result of that, no money is making its way into The PLR System V2 outside of affiliate investments.

That’s where we see trouble once again with The PLR System.

Affiliates stand to earn money within The PLR System V2 by investing so much and then earning a larger amount of total money through so many other affiliates who have also invested cash into The PLR System V2.

That right there is not a legitimate business model at all for any company.

What that is, is a cash gifting scheme – not unlike what we previously saw with the original version of The PLR System.

What About The Compensation Plan For The PLR System V2?

As we mentioned above, affiliates involved with The PLR System V2 can earn money through other affiliates. More specifically, affiliates within the company are tasked to gift payments ranging from $5 to $700 to one another.

In regards to how The PLR System V2 keeps tracks of these payments, the company utilizes a 3 x 2 matrix system.

The matrix system initially starts out by having one single affiliate placed at the very top, and three additional positions are then created directly below them. Following these three positions are another nine, and the matrix is completed once twelve total positions have been filled by new affiliates.

In regards to how these positions are filled, new affiliates are signed up through both direct and indirect recruitment.

When someone first signs up for the program, they must first gift $5 to the affiliate who enlisted them to join the opportunity. Once than $5 gifting payment has been sent, the new affiliate then stands to receive $5 payments from three other affiliates – totaling out at $15.

The higher an affiliate’s level is in the matrix system, the more money they must invest and the more money they’ll earn in return.

For example, an affiliate in the Matrix 3 level 2 spot must invest $700 into the company. However, they then stand to earn nine different payments of $700 each – resulting in a total profit of $6,300.

On top of this, affiliates for The PLR System V2 also make a $5 commission every single time they recruit someone new to join the company.

What’s The Cost Of Joining The PLR System V2?

If you’re interested in signing up for the opportunity that is available with The PLR System V2, you’ll be required to pay an affiliate membership fee of just $5.

However, if you want to get involved with the actual MLM side of the company, an additional gifting payment of $5 is required to be sent to the affiliate who recruited you.

Have you heard that The PLR System V2 is a scam?

Finally, My The PLR System V2 Review And Conclusion!

The original PLR System was nothing more than a cash gifting scheme that used two total tiers. In the second version of The PLR System, not only have four additional tiers been added, but the amount of the payments has increased as well.

However, aside from those two changes, the bones for The PLR System V2 are essentially the same as to what we saw before with the first iteration of the company.

Once you sign up to be an affiliate, you must gift $5 to the affiliate who recruited you to join. From there, you invest a certain amount of cash with the promise of receiving multiple payments from other affiliates.

Unfortunately, as with all other cash gifting schemes, The PLR System V2 will begin to collapse once the initial $5 tier shuts down. So, as long as the company is getting a constant flow of new investments and affiliates, everything will be okay.

As we’ve seen time and time again though in the world of MLM, it’s only a matter of time before new recruitment slows down for The PLR System V2. Once recruitment dies down, so will investments, and as a result of all this, the company as a whole will as well.
