Purium – What Is It??

As per the official website for Purium, the company was first founded back in the yer 2004 by that of David Sandoval and Amy Venner.

Purium is run and based out of Utah in the United States, and it initially hit the ground running back in 1993 as a manufacturer of green foods. The produce that the company created was locally grown in the private farm that both Sandoval and Venner owned, and as per a blog post that’s featured on the Purium website, this originally operation kicked out products that were branded under a private label.

These private products supposedly belonged to a “huge International company”, but there’s no mention on the website in regards to who this company actually is.

The Purium website continues with, “Just when they had finally turned a profit, that company (their biggest client) bailed and left them struggling. They were in a desperate financial situation. At that point they knew the needed to put 100% of their effort, focus, and determination into creating their own brand.”

As you might be able to guess, that brand was Purium (formerly named as Platinum Health Products).

From what I can tell, Sandoval is the most publicly known owner/founder of Purium. The website actually indicates that Sandoval is the one and only founder of the business, and as per the story for Sandoval that’s featured on the Purium site –

“Twenty-four years ago David Sandoval was like many of us, working a sedentary job, eating a conventional diet and watching his family members suffer from cancer, diabetes and obesity among other illnesses.

He knew he needed a lifestyle change and set out on a relentless mission to find the answers he needed to turn his life around.

‘I was your typical businessperson eating a rather conventional diet. Although I was chronologically younger in the photo on the left my biological markers for aging (blood pressure, heart rate etc) were much worse (older) than they are today.

In other words, I am biologically younger today than I was 20 years ago.

I did a 180 on my eating habits and that created a 180 for the rest of my life. Today I am thinner, healthier and happier than I was back then and feel like I haven’t even reached the prime of my life yet.

I’m in my 50s but I expect to live another 70 good years.’”

There are a wide array of individual products being offered by Purium, and a full listing of all these products and their respective retail pricing can be found on the official website.

What is worth noting here is the fact that Purium claims that all of their products at “100% NON-GMO.”

Conclusion for Purium

On the product line side of things, Purium does a really good job at creating the feeling that you’re shopping at a local health store when purchasing products from them. This vibe is something that Sandoval appears to have been shooting for, and in these regards, they really got it right.

Unfortunately, the products being sold are incredibly expensive. The flagship product being offered by Purium is some sort of a 10 day “transformation” course, and if you were to follow it for a month, you’d be looking at a total cost of $870.

Along with this, there’s also a lot of incentive being offered for the recruitment of other affiliates. This creates for the danger of Purium operating as a type of pyramid scheme, and with affiliates able to self-qualify for commissions by signing up with monthly autoship orders, it would be possible for one to completely ignore retail sales and focus solely on affiliate recruitment.

Purium also doesn’t show any evidence of tracking real sales activity, and this is a real problem when you consider the pyramid scheme like nature of what’s taking place here.

My advice would be to talk to your potential spline and see how much retail activity is actually taking place here. If there’s a lot, then you might want to consider giving Purium a shot.

However, if it looks like your future upline is focusing on little more than the recruitment of more and more members, you might want to hold onto your money and look for another opportunity to get involved with.

I hope you got all the details you needed to make an informed decision in this Purium Review.
