What The Heck Is Resonance Capital?

On Resonance Capital’s website, you won’t find any information relating to who owns the company or who’s running things on a daily basis.

The domain name ( was first registered on July 13, 2016, but since it was registered privately, there’s no way of knowing where the registration took place or who the owner of the domain is.

Looking further, we can see that Resonance Capital’s website claims that it was launched earlier this year in 2017 and that it is based out of Estonia.

After doing a bit more research, it appears that Maris Landsbergis makes an appearance in a number of different marketing videos for the company.

In these clips, Landsbergis is said to be the “Development Director” for Resonance Capital, and if you go to affiliate sites for the company, you’ll see that he’s reported to be the CEO as well.

A heavy Eastern European accent is very noticeable when Landsbergis speaks in the videos, but aside from this and his appearance in the marketing clips, there’s no outside information about the man at all.

There’s also a heap of incorporation certifications on Resonance Capital’s site, but it doesn’t take long to see that it’s nothing more than for a shell company called “Resonance Fund Management Limited” that’s reportedly based in Vanuatu.

At the time of publishing this review, Russia accounts for 15% of all Resonance Capital’s site traffic, with Nigeria coming in at second place with 12%.

What Can You Tell Me About The Resonance Capital Products?

Moving over to Resonance Capital’s product line, there’s absolutely nothing that’s being sold or marketed to retail customers.

Affiliates only have the affiliate membership to offer to individuals looking to join the company, and because of this, there’s no chance for retail sales to take place in any capacity.

In the world of MLM, this is never a good sign.

What Can You Tell Me About The Resonance Capital Compensation Plan?

Should you still choose to join Resonance Capital, you’ll need to invest money to take advantage of an ROI that’s being advertised.

Choosing to invest more will allow you to earn a greater ROI, and the breakdown for the different investment levels is as follows:

  • Start — Affiliates invest between $50 and $100 to earn 144% after 168 days
  • Bronze Affiliates invest between $150 and $700 to earn 148.9% after 168 days
  • Silver — Affiliates invest between $800 and $2000 to earn 58.4% after 336 days

Additionally, Resonance Capital gives affiliates the chance to earn on referral commissions that are paid using a unilevel system – providing great incentive to recruit other individuals that invest their own cash.

Are There Membership Fees For Resonance Capital?

You can choose to join Resonance Capital for free, but in order to actually start earning with the company, you’ll need to make a minimum test investment of $5.

With that said, in order to fully start participating, that amount will need to be bumped up to at least $50.

If you’ve come across a review that says Resonance Capital is a scam while researching, I wouldn’t be surprised.

What’s your Conclusion About Resonance Capital?

So, just how is Resonance Capital getting the money to fund the ROIs it’s offering?

According to the company’s website, it’s doing so through thanks to “over 20 professionals with extensive experience in finance.”

More specifically, “Our employees are professionals in the financial market with practical asset management experience enabling them to solve complex problems that are beyond the capacity of newcomers to the global investment market.”

However, as the story generally goes for these companies, there’s no amount of proof to back up any of what’s being said here.

In reality, newly invested funds are turned right around and given to other affiliates so that Resonance Capital can pay off their ROI.

Because of this activity, Resonance Capital quickly turns into a Ponzi scheme.

Combine this with pyramid activity because of the fact that affiliates are directly compensated for recruiting others that also invest, and you end up with a giant mess that you’ll want to stay as far away from as possible.

I hope that you are able to use my research in my Resonance Capital Review to make a decision.
