What The Heck Is Ryna Holdings?

On the official website for Ryna Holdings, you won’t find any mention of who owns the company, where it’s located, when it was founded, or anything along these lines.

Well, at least none that’s legitimate.

The domain name for Ryna Holdings was registered on August 21 of last year (2017), and the private nature of the registration makes it impossible to see where in the world it took place or who the owner of the domain is.

Ryna Holdings uses its website to showcase an incorporation certificate within the UK for Ryna Holdings Group Limited, but there are some problems with this.

The incorporation took place last year on October 2, 2017, and the address used is revealed to be that of apartments in London. The one and only Director for the incorporation in Sonia Turkovic, and they’re connected with the same address.

However, outside of this incorporation, you won’t find any outside mention of Ryna Holdings Group Limited or Sonia Turkovic.

It’s incredibly easy and cheap to incorporate a company within the United Kingdom, and as such, it’s highly unlikely that Ryna Holdings has any real presence in the UK. This is something that’s seen quite often in the MLM underbelly, and it’s usually a telltale sign that you’re dealing with a company that’s lying about where it’s based out of.

What Are The Ryna Holdings Products?

Looking at the company’s product line offerings, there’s not much of anything to see.

There aren’t any goods or services being sold to retail customers, and because of this, it’s impossible for there to be any retail sales activity.

The single thing affiliates have to offer is the affiliate membership, and to not much surprise, the main draw to this is the income opportunity that comes bundled with it.

In my experience doing these reviews, this is a theme that’s often found with schemes and scams within the MLM underbelly.

What About The Compensation Plan For Ryna Holdings?

If you choose to join Ryna Holdings as an affiliate, you’ll be asked to invest your money into an ROI opportunity that allows you to earn for 12 months.

Affiliates are given three packages to choose from, and they work out as follows:

  • Basic Package — Members invest $10 to $1000 in order to earn an ROI up to 329%
  • Top Package — Members invest $1001 to $5000 in order to earn an ROI up to 475%
  • Ultimate Package — Members invest $5001 or more in order to earn an ROI up to 620%

In addition to this, Ryna Holdings affiliates can also earn with residual commissions.

Residual commissions are handled thanks to the use of a unilevel system, and this allows affiliates to earn extra money as they recruit other people that also choose to invest into the company.

You can earn down to nine levels of downline recruitment, and as you invest more and more, you can earn more on additional levels.

What’s The Cost Of Joining Ryna Holdings?

In order to join Ryna Holdings, you’ll need to pony up an investment of at least $10. This will get you started with the company, but choosing to invest more will allow you to expand your possibilities with the compensation plan.

So, Is There A Ryna Holdings Scam Going On?

Have you heard that Ryna Holdings is a scam?

It’s hard to tell if this is true or not, because a lot of people are just trying to sell you something.

So, from reading this, is Ryna Holdings a scam or is it legit?

I would say not exactly, but there are a few things to watch out for, find out what in the conclusion.

Learning about these things will make you successful – and see below for my FREE training on how to market yourself.

Finally, My Ryna Holdings Review And Conclusion!

Per Ryna Holdings’ website, the company “operate[s] in the areas of financial holdings and trading (stocks, forex and cryptocurrencies). In addition, we have ongoing development projects in the fields of cryptocurrency mining and Initial Coin Offering. Details and further conferences will be announced in due time.”

The above may sound legit at first, but just a little digging will reveal that Ryna Holdings doesn’t have any sort of evidence to prove that this is taking place. Instead, they just want you to take their word.

In reality, the only money coming into Ryna Holdings is that of affiliate investments. As new money comes in, Ryna Holdings takes it and uses it to pay for ROI liabilities owed to other members.

As such, we end up with a Ponzi scheme.

The admins behind Ryna Holdings will end up earning the lion’s share of what’s invested, whereas most everyone else will be guaranteed to lose out. This is the story for all Ponzi schemes, and it’s exactly what we’re going to see with Ryna Holdings.
