Exactly what is Saivian?

Saivian registered their website domain, saivian.net on October 30, 2015. The domain registration has been set to private.

According to saivain.net, John Sheehan is the president.

Under Sheehan’s Saivian corporate biography, it states:

“Mr. Sheehan achieved success in complex organizations such as, network marketing, retails and nonprofits.

John has worked and sold products to MLM companies, owned wireless stores in 6 states and have set records in membership and donations to nonprofits.”

Some further investigation into these claims however returned no results for Sheehan’s actual MLM history.

It may be worth observing that the same headshot that appears on the Saivian website also appears under Sheehan’s LinkedIn profile – but that that profile was very recently deleted.

I would also like to draw attention to Saivian’s Marketing Director, Steve Gewecke. Gewecke is noted to have been the VIP Founder of US Utility Direct back in 2012. He reappeared as the President of MyNyloxin in August of 2014.

MyNyloxin was a recruitment based scheme that paid out affiliate anywhere between $300 and $1,500 for recruiting new affiliates. A quick attempt to open the MyNyloxin website shows it has been taken down.

Saivian Scam

Are There Any Saivian Products?

Currently Saivian offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates are only able to market Affiliate membership itself.

Within the Affiliate membership, there is a bundled third-party eCommerce portal. This portal does not appear to have anything to do with Saivian at all though.

Can You Tell Me About The Compensation Plan For Saivian?

Within the Saivian compensation plan, an affiliate is required to pay $125 every 4 weeks, and commissions are paid out whenever a new affiliate is recruited.

Saivian utilizes a unilevel compensation structure, which places you at the top of your unilevel team. Each personally recruited affiliate is placed on the First Level, directly below you.

Any affiliates who are recruited by members of your team on Level 1 are placed on Level 2 of your unilevel team. Any affiliates recruited by members on Level 2 are placed directly below them, on Level 3 of your unilevel team, and so on. Saivian pays out commissions daily, with the commission determined by the size of your Saivian team.

• Personally Recruit 3 affiliates $5 per day
• Recruit a downline of 12 affiliates $20 per day
• Recruit a downline of 39 affiliates $30 per day
• Recruit a downline of 80 affiliates $50 per day
• Recruit a downline of 150 affiliates $100 per day
• Recruit a downline of 300 affiliates $150 per day
• Recruit a downline of 500 affiliates $200 per day
• Recruit a downline of 750 affiliates $300 per day
• Recruit a downline of 1000 affiliates $500 per day
• Recruit a downline of 2000 affiliates $750 per day
• Recruit a downline of 4000 affiliates $1000 per day
• Recruit a downline of 6000 affiliates $2000 per day
• Recruit a downline of 8000 affiliates $3000 per day

The three personally recruited affiliates and downline affiliates must be maintained in order to qualify for commissions.

As well, no more than 50% of the required affiliate downline is valid from any one unilevel leg.

What Is The Fee To Join Saivian?

An affiliate membership with Saivian costs $125 every 4 weeks.

Is Saivian Truly A Scam?

If you’ve been doing your research on Saivian, you may have heard from some people that it’s a scam, and from other’s that it’s totally legit.

After reading my review, you might not be sure for yourself.

So, what’s really going on here?

Is Saivian a scam, or can you make a legit business with it?

To be honest, I am not sure Saivian is a complete scam.

However, I did find a few things to be aware of before you join, which will help you to be successful if you join.

It was dissapointing to see that Saivian lacks in the retail department (aka: there is no proper product). In all honesty, there are a tonne of opportunities like this and it makes them very risky from a legal point of view. Having said that, there are some opportnities I’ve studied in the past that have tangible products. Two examples would be Dynamico and Vida Divina – whilst these businesses are far from perfect (as explained in my reviews of them), at least they are on the right side of the law.

Read Here For My Saivian Conclusion!

The whole concept of Saivian is pretty easy to understand – pay your $125, get affiliates to sign up, and earn your commissions of their membership fees.

This all works out as long as everyone pays their fee every 28 days, and new affiliates continue to be recruited.

Because the shopping side of Saivian actually has absolutely nothing to do with the MLM opportunity of Saivian, I won’t even discuss it’s legitimacy further.

Because this is a clearcut chain-recruitment plan, Saivian is very clearly a pyramid scheme.

Something else worth noting is purported chargeback abuse, and therefore, Saivian only accepts payments through checking accounts.

“Why can I only use my checking account to pay for my membership?

Your checking account that you use for your membership payment will also be used to send your verified and approved Cash Back redemptions through ACH.

We do not accept credit cards due to chargeback abuse.”

Just like any other pyramid scheme, as soon as new affiliate membership dries up, so do commissions, and then the whole thing will start to go belly up.

Because this is a daily ROI setup, affiliates will start seeing payment issues. The numbers in the payments screen will likely continue to roll up, but any attempts at an actual withdrawal will fail. Most probably, Sheehan holds many of the positions at the top, along with his friends. This will see him take in the majority of the monthly fees, with everyone else losing their cash.

I hope you have gained a lot of value from my Saivian Review.

I have found other reviews are scant on details, so I wanted to make sure you had everything you need here.

If you do decide to move forward with Saivian, I think the info I have given here will help you.
