What The Heck Is Sh8pe Club?

Sh8pe Club (also known as Shape Club, Shape Entertainment and Sh8pe Entertainment) registered their website domain (sh8pent.club) on the 14th March, 2016. With their registered offices being in Gibraltar, they name Paul Michael Baber as being the CEO of the company who, himself, is based out of Queensland in Australia. They also state that they operate under a Government License issued by the country of Costa Rica.

The Gibraltarian and Costa Rican addresses seem to be registered addresses where Sh8pe Club exists in name only, with all corporate activity being conducted from Queensland where Baber is based. Gibraltar and Costa Rica are notoriously suspect places for MLM companies, so any that are based there should be carefully scrutinized before any involvement.

Sh8pe Club appears to be Baber’s first attempt at running his own MLM scheme, with no evidence available of any other dealings within the sector.

What Are The Sh8pe Club Products?

Sh8pe Club’s core platform is called Sh8pe Play, which offers various gaming activities such as slots, table games, a lottery and a sportsbook. All of these games are third-party operated, with Sh8pe play stating that they “are not connected to or approved by any of the companies, organisations, brands or any other bodies that are related to any of the games used”.

What About The Compensation Plan For Sh8pe Club?

Affiliates of Sh8pe Club are rewarded for encouraging gaming activity on the Sh8pe Play platform. The main incentives for affiliates, however, are earned by the recruitment of new affiliates. There are 9 ways in which affiliates are able to earn:

  1. Gaming Commissions

Affiliates will earn commission based upon spending made by customers on the gaming platform. This commission is payable for the activity of customers within the first three (unilevel) levels of their recruitment table.

  • For customers on Level 1 (those that the affiliate has directly signed up), an affiliate will earn 20% commission.
  • For customers on Level 2, an affiliate will earn 10% commission
  • For customers on Level 3, an affiliate will earn 5% commission

Sh8pe Club Compensation Plan

  1. Recruitment Commissions

Affiliates receive a commission for every new affiliate they are able to introduce to the scheme. The amount payable is dependent on the level of membership that the new affiliate purchases

  • If the new member purchases a Bronze membership (for $99) the recruiting affiliate earns $20 commission
  • If the new member purchases a Silver membership (for $199) the recruiting affiliate earns $40 commission
  • If the new member purchases a Gold membership (for $299) the recruiting affiliate earns $60 commission
  • If the new member purchases a Ruby membership (for $999) the recruiting affiliate earns $180 commission
  • If the new member purchases an Emerald membership (for $3999) the recruiting affiliate earns $400
  • If the new member purchases a Diamond membership (for $6999) the recruiting affiliate earns $700
  1. Residual Commission

By using a binary compensation structure, affiliates will earn commission each time a cycle is triggered (this happens when 200BV on one side of the binary is matched with 400BV on the other side). The level of commission depends upon the membership level of the affiliate and can range from $25 per cycle for a Bronze member, to $150 per cycle for a Diamond member.

Diamond members who manage to earn the maximum $100,000 per week are able to create a second binary team position, which allows them to start earning double commissions on the binary team volume. Each time this maximum limit is reached, they are able to start a new position in the same way.

  1. Rank Advancement Bonus

Affiliates of Sh8pe Club progress through 12 ranks as their sales increase. At certain stages, a bonus is payable for this progression. The ranks, requirements, and bonuses are:

  • Elite 1 – Achieved by generating 600 Binary Volume in month 1
  • Elite 2 – Achieved by generating 1200 Binary Volume in month 1
  • Elite 3 – Achieved by generating 2400 Binary Volume in month 1
  • Elite 4 ($500 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 6000 Binary Volume per month
  • Elite 5 ($1000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 12,000 Binary Volume per month
  • Elite 6 ($2500 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 24,000 Binary Volume per month
  • VIP 7 ($5000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 50,000 Binary Volume per month
  • VIP 8 ($10,000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 100,000 Binary Volume per month
  • VIP 9 ($20,000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 200,000 Binary Volume per month
  • Platinum 10 ($75,000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 400,000 Binary Volume per month
  • Platinum 11 ($200,000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 800,000 Binary Volume per month
  • Platinum 12 ($500,000 Bonus) – Achieved by generating 1,600,000 Binary Volume per month

The bonus amounts are only paid out once an affiliate has maintained their rank for two consecutive months. For the bonuses up to VIP9, if this rank is achieved within 90 days of joining then the bonus is doubled. If Platinum 10-12 are achieved for 8.5 months in a year, then the affiliate will also receive a holiday.

  1. Matching Bonus

The matching bonus pays affiliates a matching commission based upon what is being earned within their downline (based on a unilevel model). This starts with Elite 4 rank affiliates who receive 5% on level 1, and increases the levels it is active for until Platinum 12 rank who receive percentage commission from the first 9 levels of their unilevel model.

  1. Starter Pool

Consisting of 5% of Sh8pe Club’s total revenue, the starter pool gives new affiliates a share of a bonus as long as they have recruited two new affiliates, and are generating at least 600 Group Volume per week. The Starter Pool reward is capped at $125 per week.

  1. Global Leadership Pool

A further 5% of monthly Sh8pe Club profits are put into the global leadership pool. Those affiliates who are ranked VIP7 or higher receive a share in this pool.

  1. Car Rental Rewards Program

Sh8pe Club affiliates who are ranked VIP7 or higher will receive between $1000 and $3000 per month for a rental car.

  1. Rebate Bonus

Sh8pe Club receives commission from the companies whose gaming products are hosted on their platform, and this commission is split between the affiliates.

Finally, My Sh8pe Club Review And Conclusion!

Although Sh8pe Club is seemingly offering a retail product to support the promised payments to affiliates through the scheme, the majority of what is being offered through the plan has nothing at all to do with access or activity on the gaming platform. By having to pay the yearly $49 fee as well as purchasing a membership package, the higher of which allows you to earn more, Sh8pe Club is quite clearly operating as a pay to play scheme. Further to this, each Sh8pe Club affiliate is required to sign up to monthly autoship of between $49 and $149, which again has nothing to do with the sales of, or use of the Sh8pe Play platform. There are, in fact, only three of the nine earning methods that involve use of Sh8pe Play. The rest, and most rewarding, focus purely on affiliate recruitment, which makes Sh8pe Club a pyramid scheme.

Affiliates with Sh8pe Club are being paid with funds that are being invested by newer members. This means the company will fall victim to the same problems that all pyramid schemes do- namely that when the recruitment of new affiliates slows down, there will not be enough funds in the system to pay out to existing members, which will eventually lead the company to collapse.

The fact that Sh8pe Club is, in essence, a pyramid scheme and that it is registered in two countries that are known for harboring shady MLM schemes (Gibraltar and Costa Rica) means that you should look long and hard at Sh8pe Club if you are considering involvement with them. More than likely you will end up losing out, and there are plenty of other stable opportunities out there that you would do much better with.

Hopefully, you have found my Sh8pe Club Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other reviews of Sh8pe Club which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.

And, my training below will help you do that and make money!
