What The Heck Is Shuang Hor?

Before operating under its current name, Shuang Hor was known as Double Crane Enterprises as far back as 1987. The business currently operates in Taiwan, and according to its official website, was founded by “a group of Taiwanese entrepreneurs.”

In the year 1996, Double Crane Enterprises went through a restructuring period and was rebranded as Shuang Hor — the name is still operates under today.

Despite this, I noticed that the company’s website in Taiwan is still marketed as Double Crane Global.

However, aside from this mention in Taiwan, Shuang Hor is the name that the company operates under in English-speaking countries that it operates in.

Since that date in 1996 when Double Crane Enterprises rebranded as Shuang Hor, the company also enacted expansion plans to extend the business into Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

The CEO for Shuang Hor is listed as Ku Ping-Chia, but this information is strangely only available on the Taiwanese version of the company site.

There is a marketing video in Chinese that features Ku Ping-Chia, but aside from this, there’s no real information on the man’s background, past MLM involvements, etc.

Furthermore, due to language barriers, I wasn’t able to locate any third-party info on Ku Ping-Chia either.

Shuang Hor’s website claims that it’s committed to offering “honest management, stable growth, and zero-criticisms in the past 30 years.”

With that said, here’s exactly what the company has to offer.

Shuang Hor Scam

What Are The Shuang Hor Products?

In regards to Shuang Hor’s product offerings, the company markets a wide array of lingzhi-based supplements.

There are a few different products being offered, with some of the top ones including:

  • Shuang Hor Supreme — lingzhi supplement that is reportedly “accredited with dual certificates for health food that exhibits effectiveness in immunoregulation and liver protection.”
  • Divine Ganoderma — “accredited with dual certificates for health food that exhibit effectiveness in delaying aging and adjusting allergic constitution.”
  • Shuang Hor Superfine Lingzhi — “suitable for nourishment when ill, for conditioning after an illness, and for post-surgery care.”

Shuang Hor claims that it grows its own lingzhi mushrooms that are used in its products, and that this sourcing and harvesting takes place across twelve greenhouses scattered throughout Taiwan.

Per the company’s website:

“Unique to Doublecrane, our lingzhi species are cultivated using professional technologies to create the best conditions for lingzhi growth.

In particular, we use computers to monitor and manage the growth environment in the entire greenhouse, and we gather data all year round from internal/external meteorological stations, in order to mitigate environmental influences (temperature/humidity, natural disaster, external pollutants) and thereby produce lingzhi mushrooms with consistent quality and ample supply to meet global demand.”

Shuang Hor also touts the fact that its products “work in 90% of cases”, but from what I can see, there isn’t any proof to really back up this claim.

On top of the lingzhi supplements, you’ll also find health-centric drinks, personal care items, water filters, and other sorts of general wellness products.

What About The Compensation Plan For Shuang Hor?

With the compensation plan that Shuang Hor is using, affiliates for the company are paid primarily to sell products to retail customers. On top of this, even more money can be earned through residual commissions that are paid using a unilevel system.

Looking first at retail commissions, affiliates are eligible to earn a 25% cut of the sales volume that’s generated through an order placed by a retail customer (This rate is the same for all affiliates no matter their rank).

As for residual rates, having a larger amount of GV will give you an opportunity to earn a greater percentage cut.

GV stands for “group volume”, and it’s generated on sales by you and other members throughout your unilevel team.

Foe example, an affiliate with 400 GV can ear a 4% commission, whereas an affiliate with a, 8800 GV earns 24%.

What’s The Cost Of Joining Shuang Hor?

If you’d like to join Shuang Hor, you’ll need to purchase the affiliate Starter Kit that costs $20 SGD (around $14 USD).

So, Is There A Shuang Hor Scam Going On?

So, like with all business opportunities, you will hear things around the internet about there being a Shuang Hor scam or something like that.

And from what you have read, you may also wonder if this is legit or a complete scam.

So, what’s the truth?

Is there a Shuang Hor scam going on or is this legit?

Well, to be honest, Shuang Hor is not really a proper scam or anything like that.

But there are some things to be aware of (see conclusion section).

That is how you will be successful.

Finally, My Shuang Hor Review And Conclusion!

Lingzhi mushrooms for medical and wellness use are quite popular in China, but here in the western part of the world, that really isn’t the case.

I can’t directly comment as to whether or not Shuang Hor’s products work the way that they’re advertised, but seeing as how the company has been in business for over thirty years, I’m inclined to believe that there is some amount of value to them.

When it comes to accreditation for that “works in 90% of cases” thing, I did manage to come across something from the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (referred to as the TAF).

On the TAF’s website, it’s stated that:

“The Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) is the only body in Taiwan recognized by Government for the accreditation of conformity assessment against international standards.”

It’s also reported that Shuang Hor conducts research for its products in a laboratory that’s certified by the TAF, and during these tests, products are tested on animals (specifically mice).

“In our TAF-certified lab, we conduct stringent testing and monitoring the quality and safety data of the raw materials we produced.

In addition, we use precision equipment to ensure the efficacy of our products.

In an internationally approved clean animal room built for animal care, Doublecrane uses a non-invasive, high-level molecular imaging approach to verify treatment efficacy and reduce animal sacrifice.”

Moving over to the compensation plan, everything is very simple and easy to understand.

Affiliates earn a fair rate of 25% for sales to retail customers, and additional income can be earned based on the performance of other members’ sales activity in your unilevel team.

If you’re in a market where you think lingzhi mushroom supplements will do well, then there’s actually a decent chance to do quite well with Shuang Hor. The product line appears to be well established, the compensation plan is simple, and the cost of joining is quite low as well.

Hopefully, you have found my Shuang Hor Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other reviews of Shuang Hor which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.

And, my training below will help you do that and make money!
