What The Heck Is SunMoney Network?

The latest company in the multi-level marketing world that’s up for my full review is that of Sun Money Network. Sun Money Network appear to be based somewhere out of Europe, and the company was officially created last year in 2015.

According to the official company website for Sun Money Network, a man by the name of Toth Levente is credited to be the General Manager of the whole operation, but aside from that, there is any additional info provided for this person.

I was able to find a lawyer by the same exact name who’s located in Hungary, but from what I was able to see, there does not appear to be any connection between these two people.

Even with that being the case though, Levente (the General Manager for Sun Money Network) does show that he has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) on his LinkedIn profile page. This appears to be a coincidence above anything else, but it is still quite a bit interesting.

Along with this, it also appears that Levente is the owner of a tourist apartment company that’s located in Hungary, and he has also been known to give lectures at Eotvos Lorand University.

Despite all of his past business involvements, Sun Money Network looks to be Levente’s first ever venture into the world of MLM. His background history right off the bat appears to be fairly promising, but as I’ve seen time and time again, background information isn’t enough to base your entire judgement of a company off of. It can certainly be a nice indication of where things are likely to go, but in order to get a real feel for what a company has to offer, we need to take a closer look at Sun Money Network’s product line and compensation plan.

SunMoney Network Scam

What Are The SunMoney Network Products?

In regards to the product line that Sun Money Network is offering, there actually isn’t much to speak of at all. Sun Money Network has made the decision to omit any sort of product line from their business model, and although this is something that I’ve been seeing more and more often with new MLM startups, it’s a trend that I would like to see stopped sooner rather than later.

Why is that though? Here’s the deal.

While product lines might be expensive and difficult to start up, they exist for a very important reason – retail sales. Retail sales take place when products or services are sold to retail customers, and these retail sales allow for a steady source of revenue and income to come in.

When a product line does not exist within a company, retail sales are not able to take place, so that source of income and revenue is then taken away as well.

In these situations, we’re often left looking at a company that uses the investments of new affiliates to pay off existing affiliates, and whenever something like this is taking place, we’re looking at something that’s operating as a Ponzi scheme.

We can’t determine whether or not that that’s what’s taking place with Sun Money Network this early on in the review, but judging by the lack of a product line, I wouldn’t be all that surprised if that turned out to be the case for this particular operation.

What About The Compensation Plan For SunMoney Network?

Speaking of the compensation plan, just what kind of structure is Sun Money Network using to pay their affiliates?

Once you sign on as an affiliate for Sun Money Network, you’re encouraged to invest in one of the various packages that the company offers. These packages come with their own monthly ROI, and they included the following –

  • Mini Package – affiliates invest 30 EUR in exchange for 150 EUR/month
  • Basic Package – affiliates invest 150 EUR in exchange for 500 EUR/month
  • Silver Package – affiliates invest 500 EUR in exchange for 1000 EUR/month
  • Gold Package – affiliates invest 1000 EUR in exchange for 2000 EUR/month
  • Platinum Package – affiliates invest 2000 EUR in exchange for 10,000 EUR/month
  • VIP Package – affiliates invest 10,000 EUR in exchange for 15,000/EUR month

Something worth noting here is that 20% of all the money an affiliate makes with their ROIs must be reinvested back into Sun Money Network.

Recruitment Commissions

In addition to these ROIs, affiliates are also able to earn cash by recruiting other individuals to sing on as affiliates with the company.

When an affiliate signs someone else up for a membership, they’re able to earn a 10% commission off of how much money their personally recruited affiliate invests into Sun Money Network. So, with this being the case, recruiting affiliates are incentivized to get their own recruits to invest into more expensive packages so they can then earn more in return.

Residual Commissions

Along with ROIs and recruitment commissions, Sun Money Network also allows their affiliates to earn through residual commissions.

These residual commissions are organized through a binary structure, and positions within this structure are filled through affiliate recruitment.

The total investment volume is tracked through both sides of the binary, and the volume for the weaker side of the binary gets placed with a cap of 33% or less of the total volume that is generated from the stronger side.

The amount that affiliates can earn through the binary structure is based upon how much is invested into the company, and it works out in the following manner –

  • Mini Package – no residual commissions
  • Basic Package – 5% commission
  • Silver Package – 7.5% commission
  • Gold Packer or higher – 10% commission

What’s The Cost Of Joining SunMoney Network?

If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate for Sun Money Network, you’ll be required to purchase one of the various packages that I outlined earlier on in the review. The minimum amount of money you’ll need to invest in 30 EUR, but that amount could be as much as 10,000 EUR depending on how much you want to spend.

Finally, My SunMoney Network Review And Conclusion!

With the monthly ROIs that Sun Money Network is offering, the company claims that these funds are coming from electricity that they’re generating with solar panels. According to a bit of copy from their site, “Money comes from the produced electricity of the solar panels, operated by SunMoney community solar plant. SunMoney sells the electricity produced by the solar panels to companies.”

Here’s the thing though. Sun Money Network doesn’t disclose what companies are buying this electricity that they’re supposedly creating, and on top of this, Sun Money Network appears to be “the marketing partner of Radalko Technologies Ltd.”

From what I was able to find, Radalko is nothing more than a shell company that’s registered in the UK, so with all of this combined, there’s no logic at all behind this whole solar panel ruse that Sun Money Network is trying to sell.

At the end of the day, this is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme using the idea of selling electricity with their solar panels as a marketing tactic to get more people to hand over their money.

Sun Money Network guarantees their affiliates that they’ll be able to make a profit, but with no product line in place and the newly invested funds being used to pay off existing affiliates, the company is operating as nothing more than a Ponzi scheme.

As with all other Ponzi schemes, Sun Money Network will run into real trouble once recruitment and investment dies down. When this takes place, the company will run out of funds to pay off their members, and sooner or later they’ll be forced to shut down for good.
