Tracto Venture Network – What Is It??

In the case of Tracto Venture Network, you won’t find any useful information on the company’s official website. There’s no mention of who’s running the company or who owns it, and in the world of MLM, this is never a good thing to run into.

The domain name for Tracto Venture Network’s website was registered on November 4 of last year, but since the registration was done privately, there’s no way of knowing who the owner is or where it took place.

There’s an FAQ section on Tracto Venture Network’s website, and within this section, it’s claimed that the company is an, “Australian investment fund and platform.”

I went ahead and did a search within the Australian Business Register after coming across this, and by doing so, I found no such results for Tracto Venture Network.

Tracto Venture Network has a Facebook page, and this is where it’s stated that the company is part of Servo Corp.

On Servo Corp’s website, it’s said that the company sells virtual office spaces at the address that Tracto Venture Network is using.

As a result of this, the only real connection between Tracto Venture Network and Servo Corp is the Australian mailing address that’s being used here.

After even more research, it came to my attention that Noel Peter Firth is the CEO for Tractor Venture Corp.

I found this info on a video that was uploaded to Vimeo about eight months ago, and in the description for the video, it’s stated that Noel Firth is a, “Fintech Entrepreneur and Investor. Firth have been involved in the cryptocurrency world since 201 where cryptocurrency is at its infancy. Since then, he has been investing into the cryptocurrency, mining and blockchain.”

There’s no available information to back up the claims being made here, but from what I can tell, Firth is in fact running Tracto Venture Network.

Another video on Vimeo shows Firth speaking at a ceremony for the company last year in Sydney, but at the time of publication, Tracto Venture Network’s website receives hardly any traffic at all from Australia. In fact, 58% of all traffic comes from Indonesia.

The Product Line For Tracto Venture Network

In regards to Tracto Venture Network’s product line, nothing is being sold to retail customers. Affiliates only have the affiliate membership to offer, and as such, you won’t find any retail sales activity in the slightest.

If/when someone does choose to join Tracto Venture Network, they’re given the opportunity to invest money into “tracto” — virtual points that are then given a value to affiliates for Tracto Venture Network.

These tracto points are marketed as a form of cryptocurrency, but since they hold no real world value outside of Tracto Venture Network’s system, they’ll considered to be worthless.

There is a website for tracto (, but it’s currently nothing more than a placeholder site with no real information about the points.

What Should I Know About The Compensation Plan?

When it comes down to making money with Tracto Venture Network, affiliates must invest in one of two plans — Plan A or Plan B.

Plan A allows affiliate to invest for a total of six months, and during this time, they’ll earn a monthly ROI between 8% and 10%.

As for Plan B, affiliates that choose this will earn a monthly ROI between 11% and 13% for twelve months.

Tracto Venture Network requires all affiliates to invest into at least 100 tracto with bitcoin, with the max investment being 100,000 tracto.

The monthly ROIs that are paid out are done so via more tracto, and they can then be converted into bitcoin through Tracto Venture Network’s internal exchange.

In addition to all of this, affiliates can also earn through direct and residual referral commissions.

Direct commissions are paid out as 20% of whatever is invested by affiliate you recruit, whereas residual commissions are paid to members through the use of a binary system.

Conclusion for Tracto Venture Network

On the official Tracto Venture Network website, it’s stated that the company is, “a community of early adopters and cryptocurrency enthusiast driven by future returns.”

Returns might be offered here, but they way they are creates for some trouble.

The only money making its way into Tracto Venture Network comes from affiliate investments. Newly invested funds are used to pay ROIs that are owed to other affiliates, and because of this, Tracto Venture Network is operating as a Ponzi scheme.

Additionally, Tracto Venture Network’s claims of operating in Australia seem to be complete bogus.

There’s no listing for the company within the Australian Business Register, and the Tracto Venture Network website receives little to no traffic from the country.

Noel Firth and any other admins behind Tracto Venture Network will likely profit off of the company, but most affiliates who join are bound to lose out.

This is the story of most Ponzi schemes, and it likely won’t be any different for this one.
