What Is Pm International Exactly?

TV2 recently filed a Health Control report within its MLM opportunity, and shorting following this, PM International has filed a lawsuit against the company for supposedly breaching a Damages Act.

The Health Controls’ report from TV2 officially aired on November 2, 2017, and in report, a section of its claims that PM International is operating as a pyramid scheme.

Along with this, PM International’s product line was overviewed by the University of Oslo and quickly discovered to consist of 50% sugar at the bare minimum.

This discovery lead TV2 to report that PM International’s products couldn’t offer any of the health benefits the company was advertising, and as you’d probably expect, this didn’t make PM International all that happy.

TV2 contacted PM International, and while CEO Rolf Sorg did initially agree to it, PM International sent an “interview contract” to TV2 the day before with the demand that any and all questions were first screened by PM International before the actual interview took place.

Furthermore, PM International stated that TV2 would be subject to a fee of 250,000 EUR for every single violation that took place.

After seeing this, TV2 made the decision to not sign the contract.

This meant that TV2’s Health Report aired without any prior blessing from PM International, and as a result of this, we now have a lawsuit on our hands.

PM International is currently trying to prevent TV2 from airing the Health Report in any way, shape, or form, and at this time, it’s still unclear whether or not PM International will be seeking any damages from TV2.

PM International Scam

Jarle Nakken is the Program Director for TV2, and when talking about the report the company published, he said that the “they do not see anything that is illegal or a violation of the press’ ethical rules in the reports.

It is drastic to ask the court to censor the press and enforce the removal of critical journalism.

Normally a business responds in the press. This is the case here, and we have published PM International’s views, as far as they have been communicated to us.”

Essentially what we’re dealing with is TV2 publishing and reporting on hard fats that were discovered through research conducted by the University of Oslo. There’s no slander or libel to be found, and from what I can see, PM International just isn’t happy with the fact that TV2’s Health Report called the company out on something that should have light brought to it.

The claim of a pyramid scheme is also pretty straightforward.

PM International’s compensation plan does place a big emphasis on signing other affiliates up on autoship orders, and if this is the activity that’s taking the lead over natural retail sales, then PM International is in fact operating as a pyramid scheme of sorts.

It’ll be interesting to see just how far PM International gets with this lawsuit, but I honestly don’t believe much will come of it at all. PM International is unsurprisingly upset with the allegations behind made, but the allegations are fully justified and accurate.

PM International is a shady MLM opportunity that doesn’t want any limelight shown on its trickery, and that’s exactly what TV2’s Health Report did.
