What Is Ultimate Bitcoin Builder?

With Ultimate Bitcoin Builder, you won’t find any sort of background information for the company anywhere on its official website. Details on who owns the company, where it’s based out of, and more are nowhere to be found, and this is never something that I’m a fan of running into.

The domain name (ultimatebitcoinbuilder.com) was registered last month on March 3, 2017, but there’s no way of knowing who the owner is or where the domain was actually registered since it was done privately.

There’s a Facebook group for Ultimate Bitcoin Builder that I was able to track down, and it’s one and only admin goes by the name of Mindy Davis. Davis’s personal account was just created on May 2 of this year, and when you combine this and the stock profile picture that’s being used, it’s quite clear that this person doesn’t actually exist.

If you dig even deeper into this whole mess, you’ll see that Ultimate Bitcoin Builder’s website is hosted on name-servers with the domain of m2mfunds.com.

That name ring a bell? If it does, that’s because M2M Funds was a cash gifting scheme that was launched by someone under the name of “omclub.” Mindy Davis is an alias that omclub uses, and the other that’s posed up from time to time is John Williams.

Omclub first got started in the MLM underbelly in the year 2015 with the launch of Super 2×7 Matrix — a Ponzi cycler scheme that was succeeded by M2M Funds around the beginning of 2016.

M2M Funds asked its members to invest money into the promise of a daily ROI that paid up to 2%, but the opportunity quickly collapsed after just a few short months. Quick Cycler came next around mid 2016, and it was shut down in June of that year after launching just in May.

What Products Are Being Sold?

Just like the opportunities that omclub launched before it, Ultimate Bitcoin Builder doesn’t have any goods or services that are being marketed or sold to retail customers.

Affiliates have the affiliate membership to offer to folks that are looking for a new income opportunity, but that’s it.

When someone does decide to join Ultimate Bitcoin Builder, they are given an opportunity to buy positions within a matrix cycler in order to participate in the income opportunity that the company is running.

Along with providing access to the income opportunity, affiliate memberships also come bundled with ad credits. These ad credits can be used by affiliates to showcase their own advertising on the Ultimate Bitcoin Builder website, and this is a pretty typical setup in the MLM underbelly that I’ve seen countless times before.

Info On The Ultimate Bitcoin Builder Comp Plan

Speaking of the compensation plan, positions within that matrix system cost 0.02 BTC a pop and feed affiliates in a five-tier setup every single day for a total of ten days.

Ultimate Bitcoin Builder uses a 2×1, 3×1, and 4×1 setup for these matrices, and whenever all of the positions within a matrix system are filled, a cycle is triggered and affiliates move to the next spot while also picking up a commission.

The ultimate goal is to cycle through all five tiers, and that process looks like the following —

  • First Tier — Affiliates earn a 0.001 BTC commission after cycling out of a 4×1 matrix and move into Tier 2
  • Second Tier — Affiliates earn a 0.004 BTC commission after cycling out of a 4×1 matrix and move into Tier 3 while also generating a new Tier 1 spot
  • Third Tier — Affiliates earn a 0.006 BTC commission after cycling out of a 4×1 matrix and move into Tier 4 while also generating a new Tier 1 spot
  • Fourth Tier — Affiliates earn 0.01 BTC commission after cycling out of a 3×1 matrix and move into Tier 5 while also generating a new Tier 1 spot
  • Fifth Tier — Affiliates earn a 0.12 BTC commissions after cycling out of a 2×1 matrix and generate a new Tier 1 spot

What Will It Cost Me To Join Ultimate Bitcoin Builder?

If you’ve got any interest in joining Ultimate Bitcoin Builder, the affiliate membership is free to start out with.

However, in order to actually make money with the opportunity, you’ll need to invest at least 0.02 BTC in order to get started with the whole matrix system that I just outlined.

Any Truth To The Ultimate Bitcoin Builder Rumours?

Any time a new business opportunity launches, you will always hear rumours about them being scams – so is Ultimate Bitcoin Builder a scam?

From reading above, you might already be thinking Ultimate Bitcoin Builder is a scam.

So, is it?

Is there a Ultimate Bitcoin Builder scam, or is it legit?

To be honest, Ultimate Bitcoin Builder isn’t a complete scam.

However, there are some red flags to be worried about, which I discuss in the conclusion.

See my tips below for helping to make money.

And Now, My Ultimate Bitcoin Builder Conclusion

Omclub is no stranger by any means in the MLM underbelly, and Ultimate Bitcoin Builder is the person’s latest attempt at scheming people out of their hard-earned cash.

The whole setup for Ultimate Bitcoin Builder creates for an inevitable collapse after enough time has passed, and once that collapse does eventually happen, omclub will gather up the lion’s share of all the money that’s invested into the company and disappear before your very eyes.

This, combined with Ultimate Bitcoin Builder’s no-refund policy, will see the majority of all affiliates losing out.

Omclub will lay low for a bit, and then before you know it, they’ll be back at it again with a similar yet differently-named scam.
