What The Heck Is Jeunesse?

Throughout the entire Jeunesse product line, the item that’s easily the most recognizable is that of Instantly Ageless.

Instantly Ageless is a type of anti-aging formula, and Jeunesse markets it as a “micro cream.” Although Instantly Ageless is sold by Jeunesse, it’s manufactured by Anti Age Technologies LLC.

There have been quite a few allegations popping up recently that have reported Jeunesse committing “several uncured material breaches of the Agreement.” These breaches took place between two different companies, and April 3 of this year (2017) saw AntiAge Technologies writing to Jeunesse to say that they would be eliminating what was put place with their contract.

The reasoning behind this? Anti Age Technologies has reportedly not received numerous royalty payments from Jeunesse. Furthermore, “Jeunesse failed to make the appropriate payments to Instantly Ageless on several occasions.”

Since the acquisition, Jeunesse has been focused solely on selling Instantly Ageless sachets rather than the vials that are also available for purchase.

According to the report that was made by Instantly Ageless, “The royalties decreased due to, among other things, Jeunesse’s unilateral decision to sell sachets instead of vials despite the parties’ clear intent to sell vials as evidence by the royalty units on Exhibit A to the Agreement.

Instantly Ageless requested information from Jeunesse by Demand dated August 18, 2015 to better understand the insufficient royalties being paid.

The only information Jeunesse has provided to date is an inaccurate Form 1099 showing a payment of royalties to Instantly Ageless which is less than what has actually be received, thereby demonstrating Jeunesse’s inaccurate retention of pertinent information.”

However, this matter goes even deeper than what’s being said right now.

Apparently, Anti Ageless and Jeunesse have been having this issue since as early as 2015.

Once more, going back to the report —

“Jeunesse never cured the breaches. Instantly Ageless put Jeunesse on notice of its material breaches by Demand dated March 24,2016 with an opportunity to cure 23, 2016 and by the Demand dated May 4, 2016 with an opportunity to cure by June 3, 2016.”

Jeunesse Scam

As if that wasn’t bad enough, Anti Age Technologies has also supposedly been having problems with the appropriation of Jeunesse using its formula for the Anti Ageless product line without proper compensation for it.

The report reads that —

“Jeunesse is making an eye firming gel product (called Luminesce Eye Firming Gel) which is substantially the same formulation of the Licensed Products of Instantly Ageless.

Jeunesse’s production and sale of a product with substantially the same formulations as the Licensed Products of Instantly Ageless which are improperly labeled as Jeunesse’s product, without making the royalty payments due to Instantly Ageless, is a material breach of the Agreement.”

As the story usually goes, however, things only get deeper the more you dig and dig.

Anti Age Technologies wants Jeunesse to hand over royalty payments that are owed to them, and this is followed up with another issue in which Jeunesse is only able to “market the Instantly Ageless products in (a) lawful manner.”

“Instantly Ageless is aware of at least two lawsuits filed against Jeunesse for unlawful activity in connection with its distribution practices in direct violation of Jeunesse’s contractual obligation to lawfully market Instantly Ageless Products.

The lawsuits include counts for false advertising, unfair competition, and a violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.”

That Act mentioned towards the end of that statement is also referred to as RICO, and it’s a type of class-cation lawsuit that was actually filed and created by previous affiliates for Jeunesse.

Jeunesse is also facing a list of other charges, including the like of delaying orders of Instantly Ageless products, distributing products to customers that are near their expiration date, and plenty more.

You’d think that Jeunesse would want to respond to Instantly Ageless as fast as they could, but this doesn’t appear to be the case.

“Instantly Ageless’ constant attempts to communicate these problems along with the other issues described herein have received no productive responses, and in many cases, no responses at all.

Yet, Jeunesse contacted manufacturing vendors of Instantly Ageless to tell them not to communicate with Instantly Ageless, and contacted its distributors to interfere with Instantly Ageless’ independent products.

All of these are breaches of the Agreement which excuse Instantly Ageless from any further performance.”

This whole report from Instantly Ageless was sent to Jeunesse on April 3, and even with so many days already having passed since that date, Jeunesse has yet to officially respond to it.

Jeunesse is still currently promoting Instantly Ageless products on its website, so only time will tell whether or not anything actually comes of Instantly Ageless’ letter.

Stay tuned.
