What Is Voltage Partners Exactly?

Voltage Partners is an entity in the MLM space that first launched about two years ago. The main business model for Voltage Partners was to create “high value” applications, but nothing really ever came of this.

It didn’t look like anything else was going to come of Voltage Partners, but just a few weeks back, it was announced that Voltage Partners and Vitaxel would be entering a new partnership.

For those that aren’t familiar with it, Vitaxel is a company that uses both e-commerce and pyramid recruitment elements, and it launched six months before that of Voltage Partners (around the middle of 2015).

I initially thought that this partnership was a merger between the two companies, but after looking more closely into it, it appears that Voltage Partners and Vitaxel are simply working alongside one another.

A “corporate updates” call took place on December 18, 2017, and during this, Voltage Partners CEO Gordon Comfort said the following:

“The focus of our company has always been about committing ideas building out apps and games in the various markets around the world.

With our partnership with the new company … we’re not going to lose that focus.”

Along with this, it’s stated by Comfort that the partnership between his company and Vitaxel had been “in the works” for a total of seven months.

With this new partnership, each company shares its products with the other for their own e-commerce platforms that are being run. As such, Voltage Partners can now sell Vitaxel products and Vitaxel can sell Voltage Partners products.

In addition to this, Comfort also uses the video to announce that Voltage Partners and Vitaxel are working together on launching their own ICO (surprise, surprise).

When talking about this, Comfort says “The really cool news is the coin that will be coming out soon. That will tie all these different products together.”

You might be asking yourself why in the hell Voltage Partners and Vitaxel are trying to create their own form of currency rather than using something like USD or bitcoin, and rightly so. I have no idea why this is happening, and when you remember that Vitaxel already pays affiliate commissions in ethereum, it makes even less sense.

Truth be told, the only reason I can think of as to why both companies would be creating their own ICO is to solicit money from affiliates and make a quick buck while letting everyone else lose out.

This is something I’ve seen far too often in the MLM space over the tears (especially the past few months), and it looks like that’s exactly what’s going to take place with Voltage Partners and Vitaxel.

Vitaxel is currently registered with the SEC in the United States, but for whatever reason, it’s done so under the identification as a “Agriculture production – livestock & animal specialties.”

A report that Vitaxel published for its last quarter in November revealed losses of more than $750,000, and when it comes to Voltage Partners, there’s nothing to be seen.

It’s clear that neither company is doing too hot right now, and it seems like they’re coming together to launch an illegitimate ICO to try and make a few bucks before the ship completely sinks.

If I were you, I’d stay as far away as possible from whatever the heck is happening here.
