WexCoin Review – Legit Or Scam?

Recently, WexCoin has been getting a lot of hype on the internet.

I have had people pitching this one to me on a near daily basis, in fact, and I have seen it making the rounds on social media as well.

I want to make it clear I am NOT promoting this business opportunity as an affiliate or distributor in any way.

I have done all my research in this WexCoin review do you can learn the honest truth and decide if it’s right for you.

Is Wexcoin a scam? Is it legit?

Can it really deliver on it’s promises?

Let me tell you in my Review WexCoin.

Let’s get started.

Seriously, What Is WexCoin?

WexCoin is the name of the latest opportunity that’s up for my next review, and in this particular case we’re dealing with a company that doesn’t have any background information present at all on its official website.

This is quite disappointing in all honesty, as relevant background info is one of the most important things you should keep an eye out for if you’re considering getting involved with a new opportunity. Data on who founded the company, who manages things on a daily basis, and where in the world the operation is based out of is all info that’s important – yet absent from the WexCoin site.

Moving away from the website, the domain name registration showcases that the registration of the domain (wexcoin.com) took place on January 22nd of last year (2016), and that the owner is listed simply as Wexco LLC. Along with this, an address is also provided that’s located in Delaware in the United States.

After doing a bit of digging into this address, I was able to learn that it actually belongs to that of Harvard Business Services. This is a company that specializes in selling incorporation services that are based out of Delaware, so with that being the case, it’s quite likely that WexCoin simply exists in this area for the namesake and namesake only.

To go long with this, current Alexa rankings show that the vast majority of all site traffic (61% to be exact) comes directly out of Vietnam, with another 29% of traffic originating out of Nigeria.

The only official languages on the WexCoin website are that of English and Simplified Chinese (a form of language that’s often used in China), so it’s quite difficult to determine where in the world the anonymous admin is actually based out of. My guess is either China or Vietnam, but there’s no way to validity this guess.

What Products Does WexCoin Sell?

Taking a look at the product line side of things, there’s really not a whole lot to talk about in the case of WexCoin. This is an MLM opportunity that’s trying to succeed without any sort of product line in place, meaning that there aren’t any goods or services that affiliates can market and sell to retail customers.

This sort of setup results in affiliates having nothing more than the affiliate membership itself to try and sell to interested parties, and it also creates for a complete absence of any retail sales activity.

Info On The WexCoin Compensation Plan

As for the compensation plan that WexCoin is advertising, affiliates are able to earn money by first purchasing a package and then recruiting other individuals to join WexCoin and do the same thing.

WexCoin has five available packages that affiliates can choose from, including –

  • Starter package for $50
  • Basic package for $500
  • Premium package for $1000
  • Business package for $3000
  • Professional package for $5000

Direct Recruitment Commissions

The first way that affiliates can earn is through direct recruitment commissions, and the amount of money that’s paid out here is entirely dependent on which package your personally recruited affiliates sign up with.

Having your recruits purchase more expensive packages will allow you to get a larger paycheck, and the commissions for the packages works out as follows –

  • Recruiting an affiliate who purchases a Basic package earns you a commission of $50
  • Recruiting an affiliate who purchases a Premium package earns you a commission of $100
  • Recruiting an affiliate who purchases a Business package earns you a commission of $300
  • Recruiting an affiliate who purchases a Professional package earns you a commission of $500

Residual Recruitment Commissions

Along with these direct commissions, affiliates can also earn through residual recruitment commissions.

This money is paid out through the use of a binary system, with affiliates in the binary setup being filled through both direct and indirect recruitment methods.

Every time that an affiliate is recruited, a certain amount of points is generated based off of which package they purchase. At the end of each week, the total amount of points that has been generated is counted up, and commissions are then paid out as a percentage of the matched points on each side of the binary.

In this case, having a more expensive package will allow you to earn a greater percentage for the commissions being paid out.

How Much To Join WexCoin?

If you’re interested in becoming an affiliate for WexCoin, you’ll need to purchase one of the five packages that I outlined above.

This means that your upfront cost will be between $50 and $5000, with the incentive to purchase a more expensive package being the fact that you can earn more money within the compensation plan.

Seriously, Is WexCoin A Scam Or Is This Legit?

As I am sure you have heard with most business opportunities, there are a lot of scams on the internet, and Wexcoin might be a scam with them.

Having read the review above, you might be wondering if Wexcoin is legit or completely a scam.

So, is it a scam?

Is Wexcoin a scam, or can you make a proper business with it?

Honestly, Wexcoin isn’t a complete scam, but there are definitely some things to be aware of (see the conclusion section).

Whether you decide to join or not, you really need to master your marketing and lead generation.

This is the only way you will be successful.

Here’s My WexCoin Final Thoughts!

WexCoin is trying to sell their business model with the fact that they’re a “cryptocurrency payment solution”, but after doing just a small amount of research into the company, it doesn’t take long at all to realize that this is nothing but a bunch of bologna.

Affiliates join the company by purchasing various starter packages, and are then incentivized to go out and recruit other people to join the company and do the same as them. Newly invested funds are also used to pay off existing affiliates who are expecting commissions, and this activity results in WexCoin operating as a Ponzi and pyramid scheme hybrid.

There are tokens that are circulating and being traded back and forth between affiliates, and while WexCoin is trying to sell these tokens as a legit for of cryptocurrency, all they are is a component of the company’s pump and dump setup.

As with all pyramid and Ponzi schemes, WexCoin will only succeed as long as people continue to join the company and invest money into it. Once recruitment levels die down, the company as a whole will be looking at a total collapse of all operations.

At this point in time, the anonymous admin(s) will make off with the lion’s share of the earnings, and this will consequently leave everyone else to lose out in the long run.
