What Is Your Network Marketing Business Plan?

network marketing business planThis is an important post because so many people I speak to do not seem to have any form of plan for their network marketing business.

Would you ever start any other business without a plan or strategy?

No.

As I talked about in this post, you need to have a strategy document for where you are going.

A lot of people don’t have a plan. They are just “winging it” and each day has random activity for getting leads and sales.

I’m not sure about you, but I feel much more comfortable when I know what needs to be done each day to drive leads.

Anyway, in this post, I’m going to give you some ideas for what needs to be in your network marketing business plan.

Don’t worry – You don’t need boring stuff in the business plan like an “Executive Summary”. In fact, your strategy document should be able to fit onto an A4 paper.

Here Is What Should Be In Your Network Marketing Business Plan

1. Lead Targets – You should have some lead targets written down. Leads are the lifeblood of any business and they will determine how many signups you make per day/week/month. You should have some goals here. So, for example, if you have a goal of getting 30 leads per day by May 1st, that is something you can work towards. There are clearly many many methods of getting MLM Leads so first you need to outline how many you want.

2. Traffic Strategy – This will be the method to which you meet your lead targets. Getting web traffic is easy to do when you know how. However, you need to decide what traffic generation strategy you will use. It can be as simply as publishing a blog post each day or shooting 2 videos per day.

Make no mistake, if these tactics are done consistently, you can easily get to 30 leads per day.

3. Mindset Training – What are you going to do each day that works on your mindset? Are you going to read first thing in the morning?

Or, will you listen to an audio in the evening before bed?

The important thing is that you have a process for each day that will make you a stronger person.

4. Daily Method of Operation – As covered in this post, having a daily method of operation (or daily routine) is essential.

This will comprise of what you do each day to meet your lead targets. It will show you what you need to do on a daily basis to meet your goals.

If you do a traffic generation method every day, and stick with it, there is no limit to what you can achieve.

Those elements need to be mapped out into your network marketing business plan if you want to succeed.

Don’t be like the majority who simply attack each day with random activity. Have goals for each and every day.

For example, don’t go to sleep until you have uploaded X amount of videos or published X amount of blog posts.

This is how a leader thinks.

  1. Thanks for the article. I really agree that a written plan is very important. It’ll keep you focused on what needs to be done on a daily basis. It’s all to easy to spend half the time browsing through facebook and other non productive activities without getting any real work done.
