Why You Need An MLM Daily Routine

mlm daily routineOne of the most important things I teach to my team (and through this Blog) is having an MLM Daily Routine. It is also known as a Daily Method of Operation (or DMO) and is essential to succeeding in this crazy industry. Why? By the very nature of this industry, there are always shiny new products/tools/offers/gurus who want to get your attention. Whilst these opportunities can sometimes be “winners”, there is only so much you can take on.

Let’s remember one thing: A Daily Routine is needed in all walks of life (not just Network Marketing!). If you are learning a new skill or working on a project, you should have a daily checklist of things that need to be done. For MLM work, some of the items should be regular, like Blogging, Social and Prospecting, but there will also be “one offs” as well.

What Needs To Be In Your MLM Daily Routine?

This is where most people panic. Your daily activities do not need to be complicated, and there does not need to be lots of things on it. It just needs to be done every day, without fail, and these small steps each day combine into a powerful force over the long term. Remember the following quote:

If you every find yourself struggling in growing your business, remember that each day you are getting closer to success.

Here are some things that you should be doing every day as part of your MLM Daily Routine:

1. Write 1 Blog Post each day – The blogging that you do each day will (eventually) pay you back in many ways: awareness, leads, sales and followers. As an Optional extra, you can also film a video that complements your Blog post. Video Marketing is so powerful, so consider doing a video for each Blog post.

2. Use that “great content” you have created through Blogging/Video and leverage it through social media.

3. Work on your “mindset” through the form of reading the right books, and listening to audio books/podcasts. This is essential!

4. Learn new traffic generation and lead generation techniques. When you learn new tactics, you can implement them yourself, teach them to your team and use it as a Blog post. 3 Benefits from this 1 activity!!

5. Contact new people. I’ve spoken far too many times about the need to recruit offline as well as online. The point is that I and many other top earners use both online and offline methods. You may have generated some leads from offline methods. In which case, you need some time each day to “follow up” with them.
