What Is Youngevity Exactly?

Youngevity has been working on completing its acquisition of Future Global Vision for quite some time now, but according to a statement from the company, the deal has officially gone through and is now complete.

Future Global Vision was established a few years back in 2013 by Raul Serrano, and the main goal of the company was to help people see growth with their personal health and lifestyle as a whole. The company already has a strong presence over in Mexico, and it’s expected to have a similar impact on Latin America.

There are a variety of products offered by Future Global Vision, including a hydrogen-based nutraceutical item and a product line of fuel additives that help ti improve the overall efficiency and power with engines for vehicles.

Per Youngevity’s CEO and Chairman, Steven Wallach –

“We are very pleased to have completed the acquisition of Future Global Vision. This new member of the Youngevity family of brands brings attributes intended to complement the Youngevity opportunity.

With distributors in several Spanish speaking countries and a market appropriate line of fuel additives, this integration should strength our position in Latin America.”

Youngevity Scam

As for President and CFO of Youngevity International, Dave Briskie, he said –

“Youngevity continues our targeted expansion efforts focused on fortifying our position in various, already opened or planned to open, international markets.

The Future Global leaders are eager to seek to expand their reach by leveraging our platform, which features a wide range of products and new markets in which they can now capitalize.”

Raul Serrano is Future Global Vision’s President and Founder, and he commented –

“From the moment I met with Steve Wallach and the team at Youngevity, I felt like I found a home for my company. We share a culture of generosity and professionalism that makes this merger an easy fit for us.”

The melding of Future Global Vision with Youngevity does appear that it’s shaping up to be one of the better acquisitions in some time, and I’ll be interested to see what impacts this has on either company going forward.
