What The Heck Is Youngevity?

Youngevity is one of the leaders in the lifestyle MLM spac right now, and it just announced that it’s officially completed its acquisition of Nature Direct.

Nature Direct is both a manufacturer and distributor of essential oil products, and the items it offers can be used applied in both home and professional uses. The company was founded in Australia back in 2007, and over the past 11 years, it’s grown its product line to offer a wide variety of disinfectants that are nontoxic.

The sales force for Nature Direct has previously been focused on the market in Australia, but now that it’s a part of Youngevity, it’ll expand to New Zealand, Mexico, Columbia, and the United States.

Speaking about this news, Youngevity International CFO Dave Briskie said:

“Youngevity has been searching for a green alternative line of cleaning products that would be synergistic with our philosophy of offering products that are supportive of a healthy lifestyle for some time.

Nature Direct’s products embody those attributes we were seeking and are a welcome addition to our Youngevity family of products.”

Along with this, Nature Direct’s Co-Owner Jeanette Anderson also chimed in with the following:

“We are excited to join the Youngevity team and become a part of their innovative omni-direct platform as we bring our clean living message to the company. We knew our essential oil homecare solutions were unique and now a much wider audience around the world will know to.

We expect distributors will also enjoy the benefits of enhanced earning opportunities and global cross selling that exist as part of Youngevity’s unique selling platform.”

Nature Direct’s other Co-Owner, Neil Reid, said:

“We are honoured and privileged to offer a legacy to our incredible team with global opportunities to build an exciting and solid business. We look forward to a whole new generation of families enjoying healthier and safer homes that are free from toxic chemicals.”

Last but not least, Co-Founder and Master Distributor Karla Hart commented with:

“We see the global Youngevity opportunities in the emerging gig economy providing an exciting future for our Australian distributors.”

The vibe for both Youngevity and Nature Direct seems to be quite positive, so it’ll be exciting to see how the merge unfolds over the coming weeks and months.
