In fact, there is lots of hype and buzz going around including people pitching it left, right and centre.

Now, first off, let me make it clear I am NOT promoting this business opportunity as an affiliate or distributor.

I have all the facts about this business in my Zilis Review so you can learn the full truth about it!

Is the business legit or a scam?

Does it deliver on it’s promises?

I explain in my Review of Zilis before you.

Let’s get started.

What The Heck Is Zilis?

The company Zilis first got things started back in the middle of 2015. Based out of Texas in the United States, Zilis is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Steven and Angie Thompson.

According to the bio that’s provided for the two on Zilis’ website, the story for the founding of the company is as follows —

“After starting their first health and wellness endeavor shortly after college, they have gone on to build three highly successful global enterprises. To date, the Thompson’s have built teams totaling over 250,000 people in 40 countries throughout the world.

In addition, Steven has served as the Director of Marketing and Vice President of Sales for multiple international Direct Selling firms.”

Unfortunately, as these things usually go, Zilis’ site doesn’t exactly mention the names of any of these firms or companies.

Following a bit of research that I decided to conduct on my own, I was able to see that Steven was previously an affiliate for the company Cyberwize between the years of 2001 and 2009. A year later in 2010, Cyberwize was renamed and relaunched as LiveSmart 360.

Despite a rather rocky start, LiveSmart 360 lived on throughout 2015. October 30 of that year saw the company announcing that it was officially shutting down, and Steven was a part of the whole thing right up until the very end.

Although he started out as just a normal affiliate, Steven eventually worked his way up to Vice President of Sales for the company in 2012. Seeing as how Zilis launched in 2015, it’s apparent that Steven did in fact leave at some point before LiveSmart 360 came to a close.

Zilis Scam

What Are The Zilis Products?

As for the product line that Zilis is bringing to the table, the company is trying to tout itself akin to what you would find with Amazon.

There are a ton of third-party products that can be purchased through Zilis’ e-commerce platform, and Steven Thompson describes it in the following manner —

“After many years developing proprietary products in network marketing I realized we had it backwards. Why not find the best products being made and offer them through our company?”

Along with this philosophy, Zilis offers a wide array of products. Some of the most notable ones include —

  • Vera Life
  • Clean Machine
  • Safe4U Cleaning
  • Cutting Edge Health & Wellness
  • Elementa Essential Oils
  • Wright Family Organic Skin Care
  • Etc.

You can find full retail pricing and the entire product catalogue on the official Zilis website, but from what I can see, there definitely appears to be a fairly strong focus on health and wellness-centric items amid everything else.

What About The Compensation Plan For Zilis?

Now, let’s talk money.

Zilis affiliates earn their keep by selling the company’s products to retail customers. However, it’s very important to note that affiliates are heavily encouraged to recruit other members that buy Starter Packs upon signing up as well (more on this a bit later).

Retail Commissions

Looking solely at retail commissions, Zilis members are paid a commission when they sell products through Zilis’ storefront to retail customers. The amount of money that’s paid here is the difference in price between the retail and wholesale cost, and this is quite common when compared to competing companies.

MLM Commission Qualification

On the MLM side of things, you’ll need to meet a set of qualifications before you can start earning money through these activities.

MLM commissions are only open to affiliates that Zilis sees as “active”, and active members are required to either generate 90 PV every single month or purchase a monthly autoship order that contains 60 PV.

PV within Zilis stands for Personal Volume, and it is generated through both retail sales and when an affiliate purchases Zilis product for themselves.

Direct Recruitment Commissions

Recruitment commissions are huge with Zilis, and this is how they work.

When a new member decides to join Zilis, there are three main Starter Packs that they can choose to invest in — Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Recruiting someone at the Bronze level pays a commission of $20, enlisting a Silver affiliate pays out $60, and getting a Gold-ranked member will secure you with a healthy commission of $130.

Furthermore, affiliates that are ranked as Area Ambassadors, Regional Ambassadors, and National Ambassadors can earn something called the “Infinity Fast Start.”

This Infinity Fast Start bonus is only available to members who have an autoship order of 60 PV, and it essentially ads bonus money on top of direct recruitment commissions.

What’s The Cost Of Joining Zilis?

If you’d like to join Zilis, you’ll need to first pay the base membership fee of $99.

While it is possible to join with just the $99 cost, there are a few more things that’ll be thrown at you upon the signup process.

For one thing, Zilis offers a sort of back-office system that helps affiliates manage “a large organization of other Ambassadors.” If you want access to this, you’ll have to fork over $29/month.

Additionally, you can also purchase one of the three Starter Pack options.

The packs available include Bronze, Silver, and Gold, and they cost $199, $599, and $1299 respectively.

So, Is There A Zilis Scam Going On?

So, like with all business opportunities, you will hear things around the internet about there being a Zilis scam or something like that.

And from what you have read, you may also wonder if this is legit or a complete scam.

So, what’s the truth?

Is there a Zilis scam going on or is this legit?

Well, to be honest, Zilis is not a scam or anything like that.

But there are some things to be aware of (see conclusion section).

That is how you will be successful.
See below for help with making money.

Finally, My Zilis Review And Conclusion!

To summarize, let’s start with the product line.

Zilis’ catalogue is rather large, and there are lots of items available that seem to overlap one another. This could definitely create for a bit of confusion for both affiliates and customers alike, but that’s not the real issue at hand.

Let’s talk about that compensation plan.

There is an entire section of the compensation plan where Zilis talks about how direct and indirect affiliate recruitment is handled. This is especially appalling considering the fact that paying members to recruit other people is the pure definition of a pyramid scheme.

On top of this, the essence of “pay to play” is also quite strong with affiliates needing to purchase expensive Starter Packs if they really want to maximize their earning potential.

Hopefully, you have found my Zilis Review useful.

I wanted to give a lot of details because there have been other reviews of Zilis which were a bit thin on the detail side.

No matter what happens, if you really want to succeed with any business, you have to learn how to market properly.

And, my training below will help you do that and make money!
